I stayed overnight and doctor removed the drain early morning before checking out. That is why my swelling took longer to clear and my healing was slow.

Is there an increased risk of infection if the drain is left in longer?

Nuance, don't dwell on a lot of this stuff. It'll drive you insane. My wife had a drain about 35 years ago when she had her gall bladder removed. They are just a tool that some doctors use. I had my gall bladder removed about 30 years ago. My surgeon didn't use one on me. Both of our recoveries were nearly identical.
Jumping to your post about not understanding abnormalitie concerning dog ears, wanting pictures. Lots of that minor stuff doesn't show on pictures very well. If you'll just spend an evening searching the forum you'll get some good descriptions around 2 years ago.
Unfortunately or not, FT seems to be dominated by North American members. English is a very diverse language. I'm sure that our UK members raise an eyebrow on occasion on our use of English.
You seem to fear a woman learning of an implant by seeing it. A little bit of porn viewing will show you that visually, penises vary a lot. Most likely if you was to get an implant. I'm sure that you would visually fall within the realm of normal looking. But a limp penis does not fall into the realm of normal looking.

Frank66665 no I meant it hurts if I fully pump and go over 30-40 minutes. That’s about as long as my wife is good for anyway… most times I don’t pump that full. When I do it feels good right up to when it starts hurting… look at it as therapy.

I think you answered Nuance's question!

This is pretty normal. For about a whole year, I wasn't able to stay pumped to max more than 40-45 mins. Even with a natural dick, we used to feel pain if we have rigid erection for more than an hour or so.

Bandages came off this morning, dick looks a little different. Semi erect. I pee at a different angle now. Maybe all these things will straighten out later. Only measured 5"inches, hope that grows over time. Feels a little weird at the moment.

Finally bionic.. saw that you have had double hernia repair! So did I, and my Dr said he couldn’t place resivor under the muscle or into my abdomen so it is just under fasciae directly where my pants line is. Bothered me a bunch at first but after 4-6 weeks I pretty much ignore it and put belt or whatever pants on it and tighten it up. It is very unsightly. How did your Dr place yours?

He was able to get under it, and said he had to work at it. I don't even feel it at all. My concern is he wants me to pull the pump down into my sac. Just don't know how hard to pull and how long the tubes are. I go in Monday to have my drain pulled out

It's been five days for me, I'm a little concerned about how it looks. I have no swelling in my shaft. I am somewhat inflated but looks really thin. It has the appearance of my old flaccid look, sticks out but thin looking. The head is a little crooked at the tip also. Heading to get the drain removed today and will discuss this with the doc. I hope that when I start inflating (tomorrow) it will fill out both in girth and length. I had a titan 24cm XL implanted, but you wouldn't know it by the way it looks now.

Any similar story's
