What is the first thing you thought after waking up after your implant operation?

1: I’m so tired.
2: Where am I?
3: My dick hurts.
4: Oh yeah, surgery. That was fast.

On my revision, the Dr did not insert a catheter. I was advised if I could show them I could pee, they would send me home without catheter. I struggled a bit, and I was still woozy, then peed over everyone and everything. Nurses a bit put off, but I got the pass.

I’m glad there’s that at least. I give my honest take on what happened. I’m so grateful I have it.

I was pissed that the doc couldn't fit in the 24 cm that he said he might could have lol. Honestly, I was relieved that all went well and couldn't believe I went through all of that. It was extremely surreal. I still can't believe its real.

I was still numb when I got home. I went to sleep. I woke up and oh boy was I hurting. I don't take narcotics, so I endured the wrath of my surgery. I hurt like hell to pee for the first three days. After day 3 I began to feel better. Removing the drain was a plus. Day 7 I was able to shower. Day 10 I took a hot soaking bath. It was great to soak. I was bruised from my navel to my anus, and in my upper thighs. There was a knot of tissue under my insicion that was sore for a couple more weeks. I pulled down on the pump as instructed. This ended up orienting my pump below my testicles.
Read and follow your doctors instructions. Time is your best friend.

Asked if I would do it again, my answer would be, "yes". No pain no gain.

From 12- 57 I had the best erections one can have. I had my thyroid removed. my endocrinologist told me once you have one endocrine problem you will have multiple endocrine problems. I developed type II diabetes, and over about 10 years my erections went away. I was also diagnoses with low testosersone. Testosterone replacement helped with the desire but not the ED. Pills, shots and pumps did not help. I read and studied about Implants. I felt that I nothing to loose and had an implant. My new erections are great, and getting better every day.

I was more excited for things to come than fear or worries as I was mentally well prepared before the surgery. This forum and our co bionic brothers helped a lot too.. but ofcourse I had some pain nothing unbearable ( since I did circumcision and implant the pain was bit significant but my care doctors and nurses were super cool and helped a lot and ofcourse since I was on anesthesia(and some narcos) I was all groggy that whole day and night

I listed to some good soothing music post recovery which calmed my mind a lot and having some good thoughts (& prayers) helps..
