So, for you fellas that just got implanted, did you click on the last link on those series of videos he sent to your phone to register your implant? I did and you don't actually register anything, if you fill out that personal information, all they do is send you another copy of the Boston Scientific patient guide without the ID and Lot numbers for each piece of your implant.
I'm on Day 13. I still have a little swelling in the scrotum, but I can make out the parts of the pump. It's sideways and the deflation button is facing right. I can move my penis around and tuck it up against my body just fine now. There's no longer any pain when doing so. Almost all of the bruising is gone, and I can't feel the cylinders anymore. Almost feels natural. I started worrying yesterday that I might be deflating a bit. My penis became a more pliable than before and seems a bit smaller. I think it's mainly because the swelling is gone around the cylinders though... which makes sense. When I squeeze both cylinders, they still feel fairly hard. My mind, like most, goes towards the worst-case scenario.
I would have really appreciated getting the email addresses of the other patients in the pre-op room the week I was at the medical center. Not only is this a scary thing for guys to go through but it's also kind of lonely. FrankTalk is nice but it's even better to have someone to talk to who's going through the exact same thing at the same time. -Cat.
68CatFan, I clicked on the last link on the videos he texted. I was surprised to see Boston Scientific since I have a Titan!!
I am glad to hear your bruising is gone, and there is almost no pain. Five days post-op, the bruising covers my scrotum and the side of my penis. The pain is light, not nearly as bad as I feared. You are right, and we naturally go to the worst-case scenario.
Interesting point. I have younger kids. When I got home on Friday evening, I told them I had a procedure around my privates and couldn't leave them, etc. Almost no pain remained, and I could attend a basketball game at the end of the week, a dance competition, and dinner with friends the next day. My point is that I thought I would be in pain, and all I could do was be bedridden. That wasn't the case, but I know not to overdo anything.
