It has a layer of fabric that sets a limit on the total expansion. Think of those Chinese finger traps- they are sewn in such a way that they can lengthen to a certain point but no longer

I tell alot of guys you can pump your bionic boner to the point that you cannot pump anymore. It will be strong and erect enough to hold a wet terry cloth towel from the tip and not bend. While this looks great - I have not noted any issues with penetration.

HOWEVER, I further share, that I find only pumping my dick to about 75% provides me the same (capable of penetration; great girth) and gives me much much more pleasure (friction) when penetrating my partner.

Each will find there "sweet spot on the pump spectrum.

Good luck!

Agreed.

My wife is no fan of a ROCK hard erection.
She likes a little pliability.
She also informed me her "spots" are more easily attained when there is some flex in there.

Pain with cycling is minimal.

The pump is still a problem. I can pump till erect and after about 20 squeezes I am erect, but not hard as steel. Than I can't pump anymore, but after a while I can pump again like I can pump forever. It's like I pump, but it doesn't get harder.

In the erect state it's hard and I can hang a towel on it. But it doesn't feel rock hard which I expected. It's also still flexible.
My girlfriend said it feels normal, but she noticed also that when entering her with my penis it felt flexible. But it was not something that bothered her.

Does the LGX get's harder/less flexible over time?
Why is the pump first, after 20 squeezes rock hard, but a few moments later I can pump like forever but the implant doesn't get any harder?

Although I think my surgeon did a great job, I doesn't understand why he gave me a LGX with a pre-op length of 18 cm, with a 20° curve. Before surgery I told him I wanted the CX and he agreed. After surgery I asked why a LGX in stead of a CX but his answer wasn't clear (we don't speak the same language).

Overall I'm glad I did it and still not have had the "what the fuck have I done" thoughts.

Dutchie, I have a LGX too and I was supposed to get a CX, but my Doc and the AMS representative made a game time decision to go with the LGX, maybe because I could have lost some length with the CX.
When I started my cycling at 6 weeks and was cleared for sex, I couldn’t pump it to the max, because of pain in the tips of my glans. I waited to 8 weeks to have sex and I definitely couldn’t inflate it to the max for a steel rod dick. The first time I had sex at 8 weeks, it was awkward and yes, it was bending a bit and penetration wasn’t the greatest, but at least I could have sex again.
Now I’m 2 years and 7 months out from surgery and I pump 20 to 25 wall to wall pumps for enough hardness to have pretty good sex, but I can pump up to 30 for a steel rod. My wife likes it at steel rod hardness.
I haven’t had the problem you’re talking about with the pump bulb squeezing easy with no more hardness.
When I get to 30 pumps, my pump bulb is hard and I can’t pump anymore.
I have a little bit of flexibility at the base at 30 but I hang a towel on it.
Maybe your doc didn’t put enough saline in your reservoir.

Good Luck Dutchie,

From my own experience, and others on this board, the LGX pumps can take a long time to really break in.

I've gotten to that stage, with about 25 serious pumps, where I just can't get any more in, and then the bulb just gets really easy. It appears to be re-filling, but all of a sudden it's easy. I think that may be the valve just getting stuck or something. What I've done is pressed the deflate for a very quick second, then began pumping again. At about 4 months, this rarely ever happens anymore.

I also have lgx. I can tell you that I specifically asked my doctor how I know when I've pumped the system to capacity.
He explained to me that you have to pump until the bulb becomes as hard as possible... wait a few minutes and try pumping again.
When you reach the maximum, the pump will become very soft and therefore subsequent pumping will no longer be of any use because the maximum has been reached.
what I have noticed is that to have an optimal result it is better to pump in several steps, so as to allow the penis to expand slowly and obtain the maximum in terms of length and circumference.
Another thing I noticed is that the LGX is actually more flexible than I thought. the rigidity on the shaft is very good but the penis at the base remains a little flexible. CX and TITAN are certainly better in terms of flexibility.

Question about your LGX, where are the tips located when deflated? Are they about halfway into the glans, or are they below the glans?

the tips can be felt right under the glans. if I press the glans from above, the finger sinks a few millimeters and I immediately feel the tips.

in the flaccid state my tips are located beyond the middle of the glans. If I try to press the glans towards the shaft I can feel the tips about a few millimeters below.

hey simoxx, how is it going ? which length have you recovered with cycling?

also the pump and the tubing are visible with the operation of cocci ?
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

Hi Newhope, everything seems to be going well. I'm starting to see results on size, nothing too stratospheric but they are still small, appreciable results. Keep in mind that it's been 2 1/2 months since the surgery, so I expect further improvement.
As for the pump, in my opinion it is more noticeable in the flaccid state while when it is erect it is much less noticeable. It is a fact that the MS pump is much larger and more rigid than that of the Titan and is therefore more visible. In my case, if a woman were to touch my testicles it is very likely (almost certain) that she will feel the pump. Then I believe that everything depends on the anatomy of the person, there are those who have a larger scrotum and perhaps the pump is hidden better. but in my case it is still visible today.
