wrong. A VED without an implant can and will enlarge your penis. This is not only based on multiple reports and research, but also on personal experience over many years of PE.

I've read people claiming VEDs increase dick size (some say "permanently), and there's tons of youtube videos and other discussion boards where people make that claim, but I have not ever seen any real proof of it. Can you post any real research about VEDs actually making your dick bigger than it has ever been before? They can get your size back to the longest it was by repairing all the tissues, but I do not believe proof exists that they can make it bigger, because that is not possible without some surgery or implant routine.

I'm not sure where you're getting the idea of implants reaching their maximum inflation. It might be out there in the research but I've just never heard of it so I'm not positive how that would work. It sounds like your position is basically that if a VED went ahead and expanded your dick tissues like I claim, but unfortunately there's bad luck and it turns out your implant had already reached its max size so you aren't capitalizing on the benefits of expanded tissues.

Stampede wrote:Exactly. This is the point I wanted to make the whole time. And no, it is not only a "idea". I have a lot of answers for your question where the "idea" of implants reaching their maximum inflation comes from, but the easiest of them all would be: you run out of fluid.

I don't know anything about implants running out of fluid. Can a urologit go back in and refill them?

Was wondering how I linked it wrong, but looks like imagechest where I was currently hosting the images after imgur kicked me off isn't working anywhere. https://imgchest.com/

I hope it comes back up, or I'll move the images again a bit later.

Is there a risk of damaging them? I'm oversized and would like to try this option before doing a review, but I don't want to cause any damage

I use the VED in just about every way possible based off the assumption (but certainly not proven or even researched) that your dick can handle it and any exercise is good exercise. I inflate it to the max then pump the VED to the highest pressure I can. Or I do that while first being flaccid, or half pumped, etc. Same for how long I hold it - ideally it would be when I'm relaxing outside in the sun I keep it there for a very long time. One game is to inflate to the max and not deflate until it independently loses its own pressure slowly (that's tough waiting sometimes!).

I have only read about VEDs working very successfully for over the past hundred years and all the research I've seen states that problems caused by them are not significant and almost nonexistent.

I was told to use a VED before my surgery to regain what I could ... but no VED after surgery due to having a mal;labble implanted, don't want to stretch the tisse out further than the implant itself.

hi 2435, I wanted to ask you this, when you inflate the ved doesn't it pull the system tubes that are around the base of the rod?

hi 2435, I wanted to ask you this, when you inflate the ved doesn't it pull the system tubes that are around the base of the rod?

Honestly I'm not positive. I suspect it probably does, at least to some degree. I don't know anything about where the tubes connect to the base, though. Are the tubes capable of being pulled out by VED suction and losing their connection with the base? I don't know how tight those tubes are, or if a VED is even putting any pressure at the point the tubing connects with the base.

But about tubes moving, I have had only a few times in my almost 3 years of using a VED consistently (not every day but like ~70% maybe) where I have considered making a post here about my tubing being in weird positions. Last time was a couple months ago when it felt like one tube had slid and was pointing a different direction or something and was much lower in my balls. Fortunately in a little while (maybe a day or less but I hardly recall) it moved back to normal. I made some attempts to maneuver it with my hands but don't know what worked.

Does anyone else have any experience? I think your question is ultimately if a VED is capable of hurting or breaking your implant post-surgery and I would guess the answer is "maybe, but not frequently, and almost never." Really it's the large amount of medical research finding and repeating in every study that amongst all the patients any issues caused by VEDs are "adverse events (that) are transient and not serious" (Mehr et al., 2022), which in other words means a lot of men put their dick in a tight cylinder and applied massive pressure to it they never have felt scared. No shit. I was too at first. Like I was told by others before me: "You get used to it." Or, "Penile postoperative dimensional outcomes were statistically significant improved and complications were negligible" (Antonini et al., 2020), or make the "Conclusion" that "Current clinical evidences support the safety, tolerability, effectiveness and benefits of early VED therapy" (Lin et al., 2013). VEDs are proven safe and effective at increasing penis size if used before and after getting implanted.

Talking to my urologist at the appointment he activated it I had finally got around to researching it and learned about possible size increases, I told him, "the research is consistent but it's the people..."

I think a whole lot of negative reports you heard or read concerning VEDs or implants came from men who probably did something bad. Or, way more likely, from men who were actually totally fine but they thought their dick was totally not fine. Those last ones account for like 95%+ of the complaints.

Though I can't help but mention a possible problem with the research: while it is proven VEDs work before an implant and after for a year or two, but how about 5 or 10 years? Will continued use cause the implant to fail earlier? Or, do you only need to use one for a year or two and your "gains" actually are permanent? I don't know. But I hope research along with all our personal experiences finds out.
