I would say your cylinders are under sized, and since you just had a revision the surgeon apparently did not measure it right. When you have a revision or first implant I have had a couple of tiny little snake eye holes on the tip of the glan where they use something to pull the cylinder into the glan or else you could have a floopy glan. All depends if you have blood vessels still running into the glan, if not you definitely need the cylinder pulled to make sure the saline expansion will give you an engorgement on the glan. But I know some surgeons do not do a good job, and I had that problem on my second revision. I guess I can say I was lucky the pump failed and the third different surgeon noticed the tips were at the base of the glan, that is when he pulled the cylinders out, gave me longer cylinders and added rte's accordingly to fill the whole length as measured correctly.
