I can certainly respond to your comment about revisions after a “certain age”. I got my implant at 79, one year ago , October 27. I turned 80 in September, so ten years with my mechanical penis should do the trick for me, I do believe? But then, we might just have to wait and see?

My dr put an IPP in a 101 year old man. He was in very good health. Getting married to a 90 something woman & they wanted a sex life.

Don't be quick to scoff at a revision at 90. You would still be younger than this man. Either way, good luck.


That's an incredible anecdote, Gt1956. I guess the desire never truly leaves you.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.
