Give it time.
I totally understand the regret. I initially felt WTF have I done!? However - after time has pased and good reflection - I realized I had ZERO activity going on - and all the hassle - its all gone. I'll be able to get hard and maintain that erection for however long I want. Or just get rid of it if it's inconvenient.
Size, shape, appearance will all get better with time and inflating / deflating.
This discomfort lasts for a while. I'm at day 39 and it can STILL get uncomfortable from time to time. Worst for me is while sleeping - I may move or roll over onto it or bump it into the husband and well - that will wake me up. It'll get better.
As far as curve - I'm pretty sure the CX will take care of the issue. I think My curve (down) was 25 degrees and thats gone entirely. I do have a curve left, but I think that may be because of how the RTE's were used. I got 2cm RTE on the right, and 1cm RTE on the left - I curve left. This is probably why. Its not enough for me to worry about though - actually looks natural. lol.

Day 10
The "block" at the top of the pump with the release button has surfaces that meet in a (very slightly rounded) corner. The corner is jabbing my sack from the inside. It's not quite painful but it is uncomfortable.
Does this get better? I'm trying to tug downward as it says in the post-op instructions but it's hard to get a good grip at this stage. The sutures and some dermabond are still nearby and it's slippery inside there.

You'll get used to the jabbiness of the pump. I'm still getting used to it - it's better than it was - and if it is better now - it'll continue to get better.

Re: Journal of Sorts
Day 16
I looked carefully through the post-op instructions and there was nothing against rubbing one out. So I did--very gently--a few times over the past few days. I felt a bit of soreness on the shaft and some achiness in my groin. Hopefully nothing more than a side effect of not orgasming for 11+ days.
The mini boner they left me with isn't much to look at. I'm hoping that like many here, a full pump and cycling will show out better.
I've been tugging at the pump for a couple days now that the incision is nearly healed and the dermabond is mostly gone. It doesn't really move. First follow up with an NP is tomorrow, so hopefully she can answer.
I assume they won't clear to cycle or much of anything else until my appointment with urologist in a month or so.

Re: Journal of Sorts
I did get warned my by doctor to not touch my pump until week 6 (we all know how well I followed that advice
) and to keep my hands off my junk as much as possible. I actually waited quite a while to rub one out.
Now that I am post week 6 (just at week 7 now) I do rub one out every now ant then - but I'm not going to full inflation for that mostly because of comfort. I've found that going about 1/2 is good enough without discomfort for now while still giving me plenty to work with.
Its so much more satisfying with a harder dick than I've had in over a year.
Be patient on the healing. This is one of the most delicate and nerve laden areas of the body, and you just had a foreign object introduced. From what I've read on here (and experienced) the pain and discomfort fade over time but its not a quick process. I'm about at the point of not noticing the implant - unless I'm trying to sit down. Still have to adjust my junk a lot as there is more there now when soft than before - and the 33% more testicle (i.e. the pump) adds volume to the testies so...there is that to contend with too. However on the plus side you'll look great in a jock now if you didn't before. lol

Re: Journal of Sorts
Day 41
I'm a little discouraged.
The doctor demonstrated the pump today. First off, it's right under the incision in the scrotum, so it's difficult to feel the deflation block parts and it hurts to squeeze. It also feels high.
I did get it inflated; I'm definitely smaller, not quite as rock hard as some fellows say, and the pump assembly feels like it's dragging my dick down. Fully inflated I was at 4 o'clock. The doctor said things looked fine and it being early, I'm not going to assume things won't get better. I asked if cycling and bending would help with size. He said a little.
I got home and fully inflated and had a good jerk off session. Deflation worked fine.
Just now, I tried cycling and the pump is stuck. I've tried resetting numerous times but I can't get it to work. My scrotum feels really sore and I can't really feel the deflation button under the incision and definitely can't grasp the sides of the deflation block to be sure I'm resetting properly.
I took some Aleve and scheduled another appointment during an opening that popped up for Monday. I'll also try myself again tomorrow.
Mama said there'd be days like this.

Haha! Yeah I had that happen too on this pump. The 'reset' option. If you don't have the manual - go check it out online.
Chin up and don't fret too much. The hardness WILL get better. You have to break the pump in and the implant as well - and its going to take some time. Doctors are very conservative about cycling and such. Mine said I won't see hardly any gains but I might. "Everyone is different." Sure enough I'm seeing gains - its not a ton - but its noticible over time (check my journal out - last week I did a comparison of like week 7 and week 11).
The good news is the pump / deflation action WILL get a LOT easier to use. It just takes time - and cycles. I'm at the point where I will inflate / deflate a few times a day OUTSIDE of my regular cycling - just to help break things in - and to get acclimated. Plus its fun.
