At home, without underwear, I often forget that I’m even implanted, which is sweet. However, while driving or in other situations where I have to sit with underwear on, it’s uncomfortable.

So, at day 28, if I’m being brutally honest, I don’t like sitting with a malleable while wearing underwear.

Can you sleep on your stomach?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

I only felt that tightness for about a month in the glans area when sitting but that completely disappeared, if we are on a road trip or something that is going to make me sit around for hours I'll make sure to wear something a little loose fitting, and as you can see whenever we are on the road the wifey is always in travel entire.
I don't sleep on my stomach, but I wouldn't see a issue with it, I roll over all the time and don't notice any discomfort or pain, it is a natural feeling erection, just like the old days,, only better...
I'm just over a year with my Genisis and 100% truth,,,, Zero complaints so far,,,,,,,,,
But the testing go's on...........

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

I think compression shorts is best for formals cause they hide stuff well. But comfort while sitting and chilling in a restaurant, movie theater, or long drives feels like crap as my penis tends to rise up and exerts pressure on them.

I’m trying out Separatec boxers today, the bamboo variety, and they're softer.

Never heard of them. Will they be firm enough to keep the beast down?

Separatec feels better to me. Yes, it's soft and firm enough to stick my shaft on my left thigh. I think the key is to find a spot where there is zero pressure of tips on glans.

Nothing is quite like a hard, throbbing erection but as I said, “something is better than nothing” The ability to once again have normal marital relations (penetrative sex) and not having crippling performance anxiety makes it all worthwhile to me!
58yo, healthy, fit man with long-standing ED and disappointing results with conventional treatment modalities. Now implanted (07/2024) with Tactra, malleable implant.

Agree 100% with this statement. I personally can't live peacefully with RAS - Revision Anxiety Syndrome!

With malleables, avoiding blunt force, getting the sizing and implant positioning correct is critical to stay away from erosion issues.

Patients who have huge girth pre-implant should also be ready to accept the potential girth loss.

With stiffer malleables, some patients experience that the rods don't bend as advertised. If it bends, bend memory might be quite poor.

Implant manufacturers - you charge $10,000 for the rods, please keep innovating and making improvements with your malleables. You have loyal fans!

Thanks guys. I was aware of malleables but, having a functioning Titan, I paid little attention. That's changed!

Reading your experiences made my decision a lot easier.

Surgery is set. Have to jump through the necessary hoops.

The adventure continues (the fucking adventure continues)....

Good luck guys!

Good luck Catman.
You really have paid your dues for implants and have got your money's worth, I think.
I hope to hear some more success stories soon.
