7 weeks post-op:
- this has been the big week - "activated" on Monday - now cycling, PIV sex, and can be physically active again
- cycling involves 4 out of 10 pain from scrotum friction while pumping, and, 1 out of 10 pain in shaft and glans
- having PIV sex is amazing again, expect a little pain for awhile, wife has been incredibly supportive & is now a huge fan !
- almost as amazing is not having to worry or rush due to ED - because now I stay hard as long as I want - and that makes sex so much better and great confidence
- big discovery - the rough pain at the bottom of the scrotum where the pump sat was caused by the capsule around the pump adhering to the inside of the scrotum, and, it broke lose after pumping up at home - now no more pain from that
'Pump stuck to scrotum ?"
https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26234- the "penis part" of my procedure went well, but the "scrotum part" of the procedure was complicated by hematoma, and edema (painful to put pressure on) that ran down both legs past my knees. At 2 months post-op there's still some hematoma in my scrotum, which makes manipulating the pump more difficult.
- swelling is down about 90+%
- but, still some swelling at base of shaft which makes either up or down position a little challenging for clothing
- discoloration almost gone
- much easier to sit down - but pump still makes me feel like I'm sitting on something - have to lift scrotum for best comfort

Swelling continues to go down, discoloration continues to clear up, but unfortunately most of the remaining pain still comes from the bottom of my scrotum where the pump is resting and/or rubbing when I move around.
