Day 3

Thanks guys for the encouragement and support; much appreciated.

By now the nerve blockers should be done and I’ve been cautiously ready for an increase in pain or discomfort, but fortunately I’m actually feeling even better. Last time I took any painkillers was ibuprofen yesterday afternoon and I slept well on my side and back. Hope I’m not speaking too soon though.

Took my first shower yesterday which felt great and I will take a hot bath today per my docs instructions. My incision looks really clean, and small, and is covered by dried glue. I will use hibiclens, soak and pull more on the pump. I’ve been pulling down on the pump every time I pee and it’s remained nice and low at the bottom of my sack. And it hasn’t been painful to pull down. I can feel the deflate buttons and could probably cycle it but will wait for the doc next week.

I think my only concern right now is that maybe he went a bit too aggressive with my sizing. I can feel the tips under the skin in my glans a little over halfway up inside. They do not hurt at all but makes me a little paranoid as this is all so new to me. I’ll discuss with him next week when I see him.

Day 4

Not much to write about since yesterday. Thankfully, I continue to be virtually pain free and still haven't had to take any pain killers since the night of day 2. I really haven't had much swelling but what little I had is starting to go down (mainly my sack and the area around my incision above my penis).

I talked to Dr Karpman late yesterday and discussed my progress and also about where the tips are in my glans. He assured me that they're in the perfect place and not to worry. So, I'll trust him and relax about it.

Took my first bath yesterday and another today and it felt great. I continue to pull the pump down in my sac but there's little place for it go as it's still riding in the same place, as low as it can get. I also move the skin all around it to keep it from sticking to it anywhere. THere's no pain doing this and it's so tempting to try it out, but I'll be good and wait!

So far, hardest part for me has been hiding this thing from my kids!

Day 8 Post Op - Let the cycling begin!

After 8 days of 70% inflation, I met with Dr Karpman this morning. He said everything is healing nicely and looks great. I have just a little swelling left around my infrapubic incision and a little in my sack and no bruising. He worked with me to deflate myself and then inflate it. The deflate button and the pump are really stiff and the skin pinching trying to work them is definitely uncomfortable, but I was able to deflate, inflate and then deflate again. He told me to start cycling sand said by day 3 I won't feel the pinching nearly as much and by month 3 the pump and release will soften up.

After I got home, I soaked in a hot bath and was able to fully pump it up. Then added a few pumps 10 mins later and another few 10 mins after that. After soaking for about 45 mins, it took a couple tries but got it almost completely deflated. It still feels a little plump but is hanging down now at about 5:00. So nice to not be sticking straight out anymore! Funny to get sick of having an erection after so many years wishing I could them better. Kind of ironic

I must say that so far, this has gone much easier and less painful than I expected. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones!

Day 10

I’ve been cycling since Wednesday and my balls have swollen up a bit and have a little bruising from working the pump. It is getting easier though. Much easier, quickly. I can do it with 1 hand now and it doesn’t really hurt anymore.

I cycled 3x today and added extra pumps mid way through each 1 hr cycle. My last cycle each day is in a portable bathtub I bought on Amazon that fits in my shower. Pain isn’t bad, just a bit of an uncomfortable stretching feeling. But that means it’s going well towards my goal of maximizing size.

During my midday cycle I couldn’t help myself. I had to show myself I can still cum. I masterbated and it felt great. Blew the biggest load I’ve done in a long time! Happy to know things are still working and the sensation is still great on my unit.
