2 Surgeries in 4 months. Maybe 3. A story about F*ckups

When I hear stories of the implant not even reaching the glans, I wonder if the surgeon used traction sutures to pull the implants into the glans.

You can tell it was done if you had "snake eyes" the small wounds near the end of the glans.

Is it even possible to do an implant without this approach?

I'm not sure if it's possible. Maybe my glans just heals really fast, first time i didn't notice the snake eyes, and second time they were completely gone after week.

@Wolfpacker, i am curious if you gained any size while cycling compared to day 1 post op, or you were always 3/4 inch down from day one until now?

I was a little mistaken about my 3/4" down, here's my timeline

All time largest size: 7.75"
Immediately pre-2021 surgery, after some years of atrophy: 7.25"
Immediately after 2021 surgery: 7.25"
Immediately after 2024 revision: 7.0"

So really I only lost about 0.25", and only after the revision. Didn't lose any in my first surgery w Dr Eid, though honestly I think he oversized me and I've had pain and other atrophy because of that

I also noticed your immediately post opt size didn't change over time with cycling. And I see many people claim the penis gets bigger with cycling, so I wonder why that is. I can imagine it just depends on each person's anatomy

Definitely pain when inflated, from the cylinder stabbing through my corpora and into my glans, but also just discomfort all the time as the tip of the implant now has (I believe) broken through the corpora and sits inside the glans 24/7. Extremely thin glans tissue on this cylinder (right side), cylinder tip is very easily feelable right underneath the thinned glans skin.

It's been hard for me to get a doctor to agree it's eroded. Not an easy way to determine if the cylinder is still safely in the corpora or whether it's eroded into the glans, at least not until the very late stage when the cylinder is starting to come out of the glans as well. I may try to get an MRI to have that as evidence that it's extruded

Does it hurt when you have intercourse?
