if you can find a doctor who doesn't destroy the cavernous with the dilator and doesn't go inside it at all , that is the best .

But Thailand has relatively expensive implants . i was quoted 8,500 in US $, for a mallaeble , and only one brand to choose from . hard pass on that for me .

But Thailand has relatively expensive implants . i was quoted 8,000 to 9200. one in US $, for a malleable , depending on the brand , so they do have options . But hard pass on that for me .

I think that the "mandatory" choice between malleable and inflatable I think that many times the size of your penis is decisive, both in circumference and length, if someone is 7" in length and 6" in circumference, even if he loses 3/4 of an inch in length that in circumference is one thing, if someone starts with 6" by 5" it's another matter, are there users who started with smaller measurements like 6x5 and haven't lost anything? finding yourself with 4 and 1/4 of circumference is not the same thing, that's why sometimes you are forced to take an inflatable, with a 7x6 I would take a malleable for life
