Mark, I think you know that the implant is neither the problem nor the solution. You are going through a lot of other stuff. Go deal with and heal that, leave your implant out of it. You’ll be all right, but thinking about your dick all the time at the moment is clearly not going to help you! Good luck, man.
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Implant is for coitus...not "vigorous" coitus...just coitus... Without implant there will be no coitus entirely , thus there will be no woman in your life or sense of manhood ...especially if you explanted without reimplantation..there will be no chance for a woman to be ever in your life...and it will be unbearable..you will dread walking on the streets looking at couples...watching a movie..going to a restaurant...hanging out with family or friends...even at your work..even looking at the ceiling because your impotence will stay in your mind 24/7 rent free (it's a fact you can't escape reptalian brain)...your life will come to a halt as you were before the surgery..you will be entirely isolated.. And this time it will be even harshier...because your penis will be no longer implantable...you will be impotent for life..you will ejaculate limp while looking at women attracted to those who fuck them..there's no going back..and to make it even worse.. your dick will still not be feeling the same...almost all your cavernosal sinusoids are annhilated.. so there will be no squishness of your p and it will feel even more dull on top of being permenantly impotent....

For god's sake stop your nonsense..i heared illinois got some good bitches...hire an escort..have a nice time with her..learn more how to adjust to an implant because it has a learning curve as anything in life..make up for the years lost looking at porn and fucking your matress.

I'm sure that you will later return with good news.[/quote]

He says to switch to an AMS and scheduled a surgery date of August 21, but I want it out and nothing back in. He strongly advises against this and says he is sure I would regret.

I would listen to your doctor; go with the AMS. You don’t even have to use it. But it’s soft; you’ll be able to sleep on your stomach again, and if you do decide to have sex, you’ll be able to. Given this option, it makes no sense to go with nothing; that would be a decision made out of frustration, and you WILL regret it worse than your current situation.

to do nothing is not a good option, go for an AMS, where you can slowly adjust to the new "you" with the implant and use it or not, but just go for it !

The reason men get an implant is because of lack of blood flow or it not staying in the penis ."VL" so to get an implant and then complain there is no blood flow does not follow logic .
with a malleable you can and i do have engorgement of the shaft and a 40 cent silicone cock ring holds it in . . While flow to the glans is not an issue due to that area being fed by a different method .
Now you don't want it ,you want to take it out but are afraid of that
if you do ,it will be the same as before. a flacid penis that is not capable of a erection .
For me , while my malleable falls short of the natural erection i had when it was fully functional , which it stopped being with out pills . it makes up for it by being 100 reliable .
and now all i have to do is be in the mood ,my dick is already hard ,a full erection AND i feel it starting to get some engorgement . that feels good .
When its not engorged, it feels hard , but some HA filler will plump that out .

Each to their own though . but your state of mind is not typical . And i think it's fair to say men considering an implant should not give your complaints much credence .
also You have failed to state the condition of your malleable despite many requests
i would bet it's in good normal working condition . But you are set on not being satisfied with it .
so your choice is take it out and move or get an inflatable .
With that, be prepared for a much more complicated and lengthy recovery .

I hear Mark, to be honest. I've had a bad result so far and have my regrets and my own mental struggles.

It's his call as an adult but the removal without replacement seems like a drastic overreaction.

Mark, it's awful you're having this hard of a time with your implant. I can't imagine how hard this is for you. Questions for you:

Have you ever had a normal sexual relationship with a woman? When was the last time?

If the answer is "never" or "years ago", I think you need to make sure you at least try to have one before you make a decision. Find a willing woman, even if you have to pay her. Make sure she understands about your implant and how difficult it's been for you, and have sex. Whether it's great or it's awful, you'll have a better handle on where things are with your situation.

If you decide to remove the implant and replace it with nothing, It's a quick road to atrophy and you will be left with no options. I'm not saying don't do it, because that's your decision, but really understand the consequences.

Even if you choose that, it doesn't mean you have to be alone. There are plenty of women out there who really want companionship and a little romance, but aren't interested in sex. You can get out there and find them.

Whatever you choose, I think you'll benefit immensely from some good talk therapy with a professional to work out what's really going on and what's driving your feelings.
