hi, i use 2 simple silicone cockring. 1 around the testicles and base of penis, and the other one just at the base of the penis.

Hey Neisseriaceae, I totally forgot to ask - how’s the concealability been for you? Are you able to wear jeans? This is something I’m very curious about with the malleables.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

im managing it good, i use double Tight underwear, and loose jeans. For me it's not complicated because i'm standard size. For someone >7 it may be different.
But for me, i just have to be cautious, thats all.
It does not feel like walking with a boner, nothing at all. I feel it like that when i'm excited with a cock ring, Big difference.
