Whatever you do don't go for the implant. There are clinical risks associated with it and you are probably going to loose size. Thirdly, you are removing your natural physiology and there is no going back. Do you want to effectively turn your penis into an inflatable dildo dependent on bits of implanted plastic? Then you will need more revisions down the line, exposing you to more clinical risks. Its very probable in your lifetime there will be something better. I am 45 now and have never had an erection in my life good enough for sex, but I am hoping for something better in the next 20 years. Keep an eye on the scientific research, there are areas that could potentially cross over from other fields. Good luck and don't give up hope.

"There are clinical risks associated with it and you are probably going to loose size."
- Yes there are medical risks, and should not be understated, but they are statistically low. But, there's a very high risk that if you do nothing, you will continue miss out on one of the best parts of a guy's life.

"Thirdly, you are removing your natural physiology and there is no going back."
- Go back to what ? Something that doesn't work and is continually atrophying and getting smaller over time ?

"Do you want to effectively turn your penis into an inflatable dildo dependent on bits of implanted plastic?"
- LOL  -- this solution has 90+% satisfaction, and if you want the truth about what it feels like keep reading this forum.

"Then you will need more revisions down the line, exposing you to more clinical risks."
- This is very possible. But again, there's a very high risk that if you do nothing, you will continue miss out on one of the best parts of a guy's life.

"Its very probable in your lifetime there will be something better."
- This could be true. But by then you may only have a shriveled up thing to rehabilitate.

"I am 45 now and have never had an erection in my life good enough for sex, but I am hoping for something better in the next 20 years."
- I do wish you the best. However, I can't endorse letting one of the best parts of a guy's life pass them by.

"Keep an eye on the scientific research, there are areas that could potentially cross over from other fields. Good luck and don't give up hope."
- Again, best wishes.

- Chuck
