Tubing has become displaced and I'm not convinced that the implant position is at its best position

so whats your plan about it? and whats wrong with the implant position?

Like I said Im getting a revision. I'm curious as to whether the cylinders are correctly aligned against the glans as glans points downwards

When fully inflated about 75% up. But I'm unconvinced of their position in there. I wonder if they could have been placed closer to the underside of the glans making it run straighter off the shaft. Currently my glans points slightly downwards and I think it's because the tips are near the topside causing the glans to "hang" off them.

interesting, mine is the opposite, totally on the underside
