There is no procedure to speed-up the healing, except antibiotics, local debridement and waiting.
You need to relax and wait until recovery and healing continues, cycling is not important now, most important is now to avoid everything that could cause an infection to the implant!
I know, it's hard, but waiting is the only option you have.

I don't agree. I think that because the necrosis has now completed and that there is a demarcation line, I think that they can now debride it.

I think they can put me to sleep and compress the preputial edema and attempt to reverse the paraphimosis. If that fails then I'd ask them to attempt to aspirate the edema.

Then I could begin cycling. I want to start now, I'm worried the auxetic cuts are healing up as I'm fully deflated.

You cannot aspirate edema. Its fluid within the cells and between the cells. Its not a pocket like an abscess.

Now if there is true paraphimosis, they can decompress it but risk having to reopen your incisions, take out skin and close you back up. But that carries risk of infection too.

Avoiding the infected ipp is paramount. Its be worse if they have to explant you and put in a malleable temporarily. Then youll lose size.

You have a good 24 cm ipp. Id wait. And ask hakky his opinion through email or text every couple days.
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

You can aspirate edema but it depends on its composition and form. Aspiration is a known treatment for paraphimosis. But in my case it isn't an attractive one. And yes you're right, if it isn't fluid in a pocket then it won't succeed.

If they manage to manually compress the edema they could potentially get the foreskin back over. But I did have a Spanish doctor going hammer and tongs on yanking on it to try and get the foreskin over but she couldn't manage it. She obviously had no sympathy for not knowing what it's like to have a dick herself.

Hakky has handed me off to the UCLH surgeon now, im seeing him Tuesday but I'm impatient to get this sorted.

I guess you're right about not rushing to do anything invasive. This isn't a routine paraphimosis. Necrosis, recent surgery, auxetic cuts, implant, revision.

Its very complex andrology at this point. I want them to put me out, debride the necrosis and really try to compress and roll the foreskin back over.

Apparently dextrose is used as it has an osmosis quality. But again, not ideal with my complicated case
