Re: How Full Is The Flacid State?
Still have the semi-erect flaccid state and have put my jeans away for now. No matter how hard I try and feel like I have a small penis that is hard all the time. Pump it up and I have a much larger (grower) penis and sincerely enjoy after years of not having one. Photo here is of a partial flaccid and wonder if this is what others have?

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

No, I don't think that's what most have once all is healed.
My (Titan 24 cm) hangs at around 5:30 when deflated.
On the other hand, my flaccid is substantially larger and I don't know if it would have the weight to hang down at 5:30 if it was same length as yours. Also know the Titan implant in itself is heavier than AMS.
But I don't think that is the problem in your case.
First of all, I simply don't think you deflate properly.
You may think you do, but history tells its clear story here on FT. Many have said confidently in the early days that 'yes, I deflate completely', only to find out later that they didn't. It's a skill which needs to be learnt.
If you against odds do deflate completely, I just simply think you need more time.
My flaccid took a good >3 months to hang down to where it is now.
In my case I simply think it was the stiff Titan Bioflex material which needed to loosen up.
Of course, in the first month, it was that plus swelling needing to disappear.
You should get a better flaccid than that. Otherwise you will get mad.
How long time since surgery? (Would be great if you added such basic info in a signature which comes with every post).

Maybe, maybe not. I have a Titan that was implanted in 2008, and I have never been able to deflate it as much as I want. Dr. Kramer told me that I am achieving the maximum deflation possible, but it still remains a little more chubby (read stiff) than I'd like. It's not a big deal, and I'm long since used to it, but if I could get it softer I'd be happier with it. Since I've never used it I'd rather I didn't have it at all, but that's a whole different story.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
