Lost Sheep,
The Doc told me LGX is used when a patient needs as much length as possible.
Especially if there other factors, such as penile fracture, peronies (scar tissue) or loss of length due to inactivity. A CX is used when the patient already has length (7 inches for me) and no factors to consider. I let my Dr. decide which AMS to use and I am well pleased. My flaccid length is 5 inches. Pumped not quite 7, but time will tell.
