Its not only Milan, the hi-volume expert surgeon from Houston that I used short changed me by almost 2 inches , had the tips poking out of the side of my penis and would tell me that everything was perfect. Some of these guys could not care less about the patient , all they are after is a paycheck.
Dr. Kramer looked at pictures that I sent to him and agreed that I had several problems and told me that he could fix it, and he did !

I have that problem with the tips, too. The ogive of the tips (the part where they start to narrow at the front) is right behind the glans, closer to the body. The part of the tips should be inside the glans. It can be uncomfortable during sex.

Damn butcher.

How do these doctors get away with such horrible results? Thankfully we have forums like this to compare notes. I would suggest that anyone considering an implant search this forum for the doctor that you're considering using and read every post. If the doctor isn't mentioned here that might be something to think about. And if they are mentioned here like Milan read every post about them.

If they aren't mentioned here at least try to talk to some of their patients.

The right surgeon is the most critical step.

mine feels awesome when erect. It is big and hard. sex is awesome and fun again, pretty much a time arp back to when i was 24, but now i can last hours. My glans is not as hard as in my twenties, but that is no problem for me .
Notably, some men are not that conscious of the hardness of their glans, so it is not , for many, a key thing. Likely, it is a moot point anyway, since the glans spongiosum system does not get hurt or helped by the implant. If you absolutely must have a great glans, then try trimix gel or glans collagen filler, or cock rings, but I do not think all that is worth it since sex is going great for me anyway with rock hard shaft and semi full glans.

I don't think it is going to be painful. I happened to notice when I watched the video they use a soft tip on the cylinders now. That should help over the old hard tip.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Hello, growers:

Just think for a minute about what goes in there. It's a couple of plastic tubes. The only one that even mentions any size change is the AMS 700LGX, and they only advertise a maximum of 20%. That size change is from deflated to inflated, not from pre-implant to post-implant.

Now, if you are a grower, with or without the turtle problem, you know your penis can expand to whatever size you get now with whatever erection you can get with pills, shots or whatever. If you have no erection at all, you know it can expand to stretched length, right?

Now, you get on the table and the surgeon sticks the delightful measuring stick up your penis to see just how long he can stretch it, and then he inserts cylinders that long. That is how long your DEFLATED penis will be from now on.

So, growers, take heart. Take a good look at your micro-penis before surgery. You'll never see it like that again. Look at some videos of people inflating their implants. You don't see them grow lengthwise much if at all, right? That's because a deflated and an inflated implant are just about the same length. What you get with an implant is girth and rigidity you haven't seen since you were 18.

We growers get a side benefit of becoming a serious shower at no extra charge. I, for example, went from needing a search party to find it, to good grief, is that my penis hanging there?

Growers, you are gonna love this.

Mine has never felt significantly different either way.
