Why would you say such bullshit and scare away people considering implant when, if you read MOST of the members posting size before and after, they are the same or better?

Larry, I have found if these guys don't have a signature telling us a little bit about them selves. Love to put out a bunch of fact that cant be backed up. (We don't need the size of an implant but it is nice to compare)

Tybeeman, I totally agree with you. Especially if they are asking questions about their healing. If we don't know when they were implanted, we can't tell if something is normal or needs to be assessed by a doctor. For the most part, I am very unconfrontational , but lots of guys stop in this forum for the first time and I just hope, if they read something negative, it is in fact factual... OR they should say something like "For me, bla, bla, bla".

Cheers

Larry

I have been reading this forum since it began a few years ago, and I read the Yahoo implant user group for several years before that. Yes, having the right surgeon, along with a bit of luck, will go a long way to giving you a penis the same size as you had before. However, it seems that most men end up with a slightly smaller penis. Maybe they didn't have the right surgeon or maybe they had bad luck?

This loss of size issue is backed up by several unbiased research articles I have read over the years. Here is one:

"In the July/August 2014 issue of the International Journal of Impotence Research, scientists reported on a group of twenty men with inflatable implants. The researchers found that after surgery, 70% of the men had length decreases that ranged from 0.5 centimeters to 1.5 centimeters. However, only 43% of those men actually perceived the decrease. In other words, over half of the men did not notice that their penis was shorter after surgery."

There are more such articles stating that penis size is generalyl smaller after implant surgery (Google is your friend, although some of the more detailed articles require you to pay a fee in order to read them).

Loss of length certainly happened in my case, having lost size with both of my implants thus far. And more than one surgeon has told me that it is common to lose some size when getting an implant. So if your implanted penis is as big as it was before congratulations! You are one of the lucky minority. Sometimes I believe some of the "my new penis is as big as it ever was" cheerleaders on here are implant industry shills.

I am co-moderator of that Yahoo group (the owner didn't have any computer skills, so I was actually just helping him out). Activity has completely ended there for some reason :( and I've told him that the reason I am guessing is that guys have come to FT, which is fine as long as men's needs are being met (which is what FT's whole reason for being is).

If I may chime in:
I actually didn't measure myself before the surgery....my surgeon was pretty relaxed and made me feel that he would manage to give me as much size as was possible.
Like most of us on here ED was a problem for me for some time and even though I am one of the fortunate ones with mere venous leakage but no signs of prostate, there was limited relief using pills and injections.
Night erections were a thing of the past and a marriage break up left me with little desire for sex so maybe my penis was on the shrinkage side of the equation anyway.
My surgeon did a great job and managed to give me a couple of mm under 170 erect which is about 6 1/2 inches I think...not porno sized...but more than adequate.
According to that report I shared on here the Titan MAY expand a little with regular cycling over 2 years. I can't for the life of me see it increasing any further in length but I do sense some slight increase in girth-which would be useful, I am currently about 140mm.
My girl's ex hubby had a bigger cock than me but she has grown to love how I use mine and she is addicted to how long I can fuck for.
My point? Length isn't everything and is trumped by skill and time.....which we bionic brothers now have total control over.
Oh and btw......she loves playing with me fully inflated but prefers just a few ml let out when it comes to the old 'in/out...in/out'.....AND she really likes being fucked for more than an hour at a time...... something her ex could never do!! And never will because? She is mine now :)
68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.
