Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
51 years old, married 29 years. Implanted Mar 30/17 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. (AMS 700 CX 18 + 2). Had implant removed Apr 29/17 due to Septic Shock. Liposuction By Dr. Gan and re-implant by Dr. Brock (AMS LGX 15 + 2) Dec 14/17.

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

I am diabetic, high BP, cholesterol, had a heart attack and subsequent triple bi-pass and I had an implant. Sure the first one got infected and had to be removed and replaced 6 months later but that is rare. I was re-implanted on 14 Dec 2017 and things have been great. I stayed overnight at the hosp. and had the catheter removed the next day... it burned a little for a few days following the catheter removal but after that was fine. I used frozen peas and corn for icepack but I would now use navy beans because the peas and corn turn into one big chunk after being thawed and frozen over and over. Don't be nervous, everything will be great and you will be glad you did... :)

Thank you for the reply. One other question about the catheter will it hurt once it is removed? When I had one in before I was awake it hurt going in and coming out.

It MAY burn a bit for a couple days post op (nothing intolerable) but then it will be fine. :)

Congratulation on your implant. I am 75 now and I have had two implants. The first one lasted 15 years and was done at USC. I believe it was called an Ultrex. It was perfect for fifteen years, then the pump or something failed. The bulb on the pump just stayed collapsed and would not work anymore. I was like 59 years old when I had it installed and never regretted it. It was 17 CM. So I was still very sexually active so I went to another specialists to see what he could do. He asked me why at my age I wanted it fixed. I told him I still enjoyed sex, so he said he could do it. This time he installed the LGX 18 CM. But he had to do a complete revision. Remove the old system and install the new LGX. This LGX is simply the best I could have gotten. I feel so normal. It makes me feel like a man again. It has given me a lot more girth and about an inch more in length. It took longer to completely heal up (six months) to be exact, but it was well worth it and would recommend it to any man with ED. I had prostrate cancer and that is why I had the original installed. Do not be afraid. It is the best thing for a man with ED problems. You will feel whole again
age: 75 First implant around 2001, 59 at the time. AMS 700 Ultrex
revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump

Johnson: Do not be scared they got it perfected now days. I have had two and on both cases I was an out patient. I will admit the second one did take longer to heal up because it was removal of the old system and into the new system. My scrotum did turn almost black, but within a few days of applying cold packs it started going back to normal. Also the first was done through the top and the second was done through the scrotum. Between the two I really thought the top was less painful and faster recovery, but then may the second took longer because I am quit a bit old. But in any case I loved the work by both. They both work perfect and it is as if I never had a implant. You will like yours to.
If you need any help or information about recovery, I will try my best to tell you about my experience having two installed in 16.5 years. I would do it again in a heart beat.

I couldn't agree more Ray. I think that everyone that gets a revision gets a little bigger implant because the first one stretches you a bit (except me... I only had it in one month and there was a lot of scar tissue). :)
