Note to self. I looked up and the maximum expandable size of this Titan cylinder is .86" or 22 mm. Literature says 21mm+ but then states 22mm. .75 is 3/4" .875 is 7/8" . Will do some dick measuring with pictures to see where things are now. Dr. Kramer seemed to think when we talked last that I had a lot of room for girth yet and I certainly used to. If it is like my AMS, it got fatter toward the glans over time, a long time. Till then it was a tapered cone.

Back on this subject. I did some measuring. I do not know if this tells me if I am maxed out on cylinder diameter yet or not. I know this is not scientific. It not only measures the cylinder but the skin and every dick related piece of body in between. Science has been dicked here. I must say this is by far an improvement over the Milam wreck which I place in the same standing as a coat hanger abortion. Poor man may have tried, who knows? He was too busy being arrogant. Bottom line, results MATTER and a bad outcome can be mostly fixed with a bit of work. Cheers.

7 inches now. Almost back to pre implant length.

Really great news. Again, I don't need an implant yet, but I'm surely headed that way if I live long enough. It's good to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm happy for you, Ali.

Congratulations Ali! Loving to see you take measurements like that.. Haha always thought about telling people to try it and here you go! I just hope that guy who now has the implant with the 3 inches reads your whole thread and decides to take action!

When calculating widths, consider this. In one measurement direction the maximum cylinder width should be multiplied by 2 for the 2 cylinders wide by side. twice 22mm gives 44mm or 4.4 cm which converts to approximately 1.76 inches of width without any flesh at max expansion.

Now who volunteers to squeeze their non implanted flaccid dick down in a C clamp and measure to see how much dick there is that we need to deduct off too find the cylinder size?

Update.
6 months, 11 days ,12 hours, 45 minutes.

No change in girth. Lately I have measured 6.25" length. Cannot get more than that.

The kinks in cylinders are a non issue any more. Actually I do not think there is any kinking or folds any more. Comfort is a non issue now working all day long.

Still the slightest noticeable curve to the left but again it is very very slight.

Flaccid it still does not hang center. Flops to the left with a bit of a roll.

I still like this Coloplast 100 times better than the AMS though I loved the AMS flaccid. Of course flaccid was not the purpose of the implant. Cheers.
