It took almost two months for internal swelling to go as I went back after 30 days to see Dr. Kramer and he advise to wait as I was still swollen inside. I couldn't see but he did and I avoided the pain you are having. Be patient and let everything get back to normal (swelling) inside where you can not see. It has taken a year to recover almost everything I lost and very pleased. So what if you are .25" smaller, would you rather have a penis that does not work or one that does.
Had a friend who had surgery in January and would not wait, started doing things he should not have, ended up having another doctor locate the deflate button and that doctor caused a great deal of pain for him. Dr. Kramer is one of the the best and follow his lead. Take your time, and if close, go to him and let him see if your still swollen inside.

Re: My implant journey
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
Re: My implant journey
May be a good idea to wait. I will throw something else at you for when you get ready to start pumping it again. I have used knock-of Bactine spray to numb the pain in the past and it works to an extent. I bought it at Target. Worked good on stubble pain in a few other surgeries too.

LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
Re: My implant journey
So are you saying I should start cycling now or wait a week for the pain to stop? Will this make a difference in final length?
Cycle when you are comfortable and to the degree you are comfortable. It doesnt have to hurt.
As for length I dont know. I would guess probably not. You will just get to the ultimate length slower.
Im pretty sure Im still expanding at 4 month. And that means my tunica also.

I know to post a photo is maybe unpleasant for you, but I think if you post a pic... we could rather imagine about your actual situation after your surgery. I am very interested and I think if we see a photo this can really help people who are thinking about this... as a last solution! Also implanted guys can tell you, that they had similar Situation like you and you dont have to panic! If I am honest, it seems that your now really desperate and confused about that you loose so much lenght and girth after a surgery from one of the best implanters world wide! Hope the best for you, and dont know how this could happen because I saw your Video and it seems that you had good erection while he was pumping you up.

I'll just give it time. People say they are still expanding at 4 months so it's no big deal.

Okay so how often should I inflate and how long should I keep it hard for? Dr. Kramer says it doesn't matter.
Really, it is a judgement call.
Establishing a post-op inflation protocol is not like baking a cake where the recipe dictates precisely what you do. It is more like making gumbo, where your nose and palate govern. In this case, your comfort level.
Here is my plan (keep in mind that I have never had an implant and all I know is what I have read and been told and experienced with pre-op vacuum preparation). I intend to inflate between 1 and 6 times a day for a total combined time of 30 to 60 minutes, then change that protocol for whatever is tolerable for me. Each inflation cycle will be custom-fit to your own comfort level.
Note that this is the same protocol I have adopted for my pre-op vacuum preparation.
How much time to give it when inflated? Pump up, wait until one of three things happens:
1) the discomfort level reaches your predetermined tolerance level, in which case you deflate until the pain diminishes to your predetermined level.
2) the discomfort level remains at the same level, in which case you leave it as is
3) the discomfort level diminishes, in which case you inflate a bit more until the discomfort reaches your predetermined tolerance level
Do this in 5 to 15 minute increments so that you accumulate 30 to 60 minutes of inflation time per 24 hour period.
This is my plan for my own implant. I will modify it as experience dictates. You will modify this plan as YOUR experience dictates. No one can tell you the recipe for YOUR cake but you and your Doctor

Re: My implant journey
If you want me to put a numerical rating on what pain level to inflate to, I would say "3". But notice I do not say if it is a "3" on a scale of 1 to 4 or 1 to 100. If I may be tongue-in-cheek for a moment, here is how to tell if there is too much pain.
Stand barefoot on a hard surface (concrete or a tile shower floor or equivalent). Drop a regulation golf ball on your big toe from a height of 5 feet. Do not exceed that level of pain anywhere in your penis or groin when pumping. Also, if you detect stitches inside your penis tore out, stop and reduce pressure and do not pump again until examined by a competent medical professional.

I don't think you understand the amount of pain I'm in. Especially coming from someone who has never had an implant.

Re: My implant journey
Have you done something to cause/exacerbate the pain? Pumping too vigorously or early? Or is this residual pain from the surgery not connected with messing around with the implant?
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Perhaps too early. I started at just over 2 weeks.
