Great looking dick! It looks really thick. Was your shaft always thick or did your implant provide you with more girth? Has the girth changed at all from cycling or is it similar to how it was post-surgery? Either way, you gotta be proud of it.

I had girth before surgery, I been working on it, I had 7.5 before surgery i might get 6.5 at most.but its ok. Im happy now.its painful work but well worthed.

Im just shy of 6" in girth with arousal and wife just climbed off it a few minutes before the picture. Best thing is that we could stay hard as long as we want or as long as they want. Funny how things work. We all got to the point where we could not fuck and now no one fucks better !
