I don't think the user "thedriver" has said anything about that in his case. I looked up his posts. But erosion is a risk of all implants, not just malleables. The erosion risk is essentially the same regardless of MPP or IPP. Concealment is not an issue. In my case, I bought slightly larger pants to accommodate. No issues. Do a lot of searching around this forum. There's a ton of information here.

Also, I don't mind answering things, but please put more effort into your question - it's hard to know what you're asking about, really, without a more specific or nuanced question.
Born 1990. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Coloplast Genesis malleable implanted December 2024. Read my implant journal here.

Didn't realize you were talking too me, sorry, no problems here at all, no erosion here at all, not even a thought of that anymore, no problem with concealment either, the wifey has been putting thru the torture test almost daily, loves to ride and grind and see how kinky she can get in between sucking and deepthroating until I explode.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Does the angle stay sufficiently rigid for oral sex?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

Well I did ask for it. :)

Good to see it looks sturdy. Yours is thick too, I think I'm looking at 11 mm rods since my penis is more petite. It has me contemplating requesting the Tactra since my surgeon is pretty open to patient requests, but you guys with the Genesis seem content and that is Dr Levine's suggestion if I get a malleable (talked to him last Tues)

A pic says it all...BOOM! Nice one, thedriver!

Here’s another gem from thedriver...

...In all seriousness your going to love it,, after your all healed up tell your woman she can do anything and everything she wants with it, slap it, jack it, beat it, ride it, yank it, abuse the hell out it, and put away wet,, it doesn't matter,, when she is ready for it again,,, look her in the eye,, start pulling it out,, and tell her (I'M ALWAYS READY)...

HAHAHA I literally thought about this quote last night as I was "driving" a girlfriend, so to speak...

Here's another question...how long after the implant can you start manscaping? I assume since I'm getting a malleable from Dr Levine it will be sub-coronal, but not 100% sure
