Dicks up.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

This morning in the shower, I really reached for that appendage. That makes me uniquely male, my dick. Then reaching further I feel the miracle device that makes me a completely functioning one, my pump. I remember the time so many years ago, when as an 18 year old married man my dick got hard from a kiss, a touch, porn or a suck. Those were the 'best fucking days of my life'. Then I remember when things got difficult and erections weren't the same. I remember the devastation I felt as a 30 something man whose dick didn't work right, not as often or as hard enough at times. Pills and 'miracle herbs'would help (I tried everything). Then I convinced my wife to let me go to the 'Boston Medical Group' in Fort Lauderdale, where I found an injection could give a raging boner. But at $1000.00 a year the cost was unreachable. I found a urologist who gave me a script for tri mix, something I could afford. The shots worked for about 5 years then radiation for prostate cancer gave me severe venous leakage and dry ejaculations. Eventually even after increasing the doseage (which made my dick ache), the shots no longer worked at all. My dick stayed totally sad and limp. I could masturbate by massage but nothing else. I couldn't make love to my love. Then I started using a VED with incredible success or so I thought. The pump made my dick hard as a rock balloon about to burst. Fucking was great. Orgasms were 'screaming intense', but my wife hated that hard rock dick. I talked to my Urologist about an implant and after talking to my wonderful brothers here on Frank Talk, I did it. Best decision I ever made. I'm a functioning man again, bigger (lots bigger) and better. Yesterday two more of our brothers joined our family , MasterCard and Radioradio. Pray for them and their families as they undergo this amazing transformation we bionic brothers know so well. Encourage and advise them through this awesome process. Be there for them when they have concerns and questions like I did. Celebrate their restored manhood. This is what Frank Talk is. Support. Encouragement. Prayers, Advice. Celebration!!! I love my new life. I love my (bigger, longer, I can fuck anytime) dick.
I love my Frank Talk family!

Donnie,

My story is similar enough to yours that I can relate to where you were when you made your decision. That fundamental part of our identity -- our manhood -- was, in my mind, defective. Ergo, I was defective. That logic formed the base of so many unhealthy self thoughts that lead to poor decisions and hindered human relationships.

Today I join the brotherhood and I want to thank you and all of my new brothers who have had the courage to share such personal stories, advice and feelings. I can't imagine ever getting to this point without all of you.

And I'm sure I will be looking to you over the next several days and weeks as I recover from the surgery, and then over the months as I recover from the mental and emotional damage that my ED has wrought. Thanks for being there yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Six and a half hours now to Bob 2.0! :o

Glad everything went well for you yesterday. When I had my ED issues it was partly because of diabetes and partly because of three screw up surgeons. I didn't even have the urge for sex... then I discovered that my testosterone levels were very low. Low testosterone not only screws with your love life but has many other health related problems, including cardiac. I started using Androgel but I hated it... I smelled like a walking alcohol swab, and the shit wiped off on my clothes and in the summer when you were either sweating or swimming, it came off. I asked my doctor for the injectable version and it worked GREAT... back to normal. Then my implant surgery :) then my septic shock surgery :( finally (I hope) my re-implant surgery in November :)

Gentleman,
I harbor no I'll will towards any brother who contributes to this forum. However when an individual has a personal vendetta against me, I employ Frank Talk's foe feature. This prevents any post from certain individuals from posting to my account, unless I choose to see them. Unless someone else quotes them, I never have to endure their cruelty toward me. (I never pissed in their cereal, but they hate me anyway) I sincerely pity them. They must be miserable. Please consider using this feature.
As always, I am your bionic brother. PM anytime.

Yup, for sure, that's another way to handle problem children as well. My way just goes a step further and prevents them from posting. There certainly are ways around my solution, like deliberately signing up in the wrong post to begin with. I too was personally attacked quite a while ago. Thank god it didn't carry on for long. For some reason, some members just are not content unless they are stirring up shit. The rest of us know how to handle them... Just completely stop talking to them, all of them, on all topics. Thanks for the support from the rest of the members who are doing their very best to provide answers to new (and some long time) members in an effort to educate them. We are not doctors (well, some are), we just tell our story and answer questions about what did/is happening to us and let the member make up his own mind.

Love, Peace and Happiness to all :)

Amen to that. But, without dwelling in the past, you can learn from past experiences.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

That's so true plumber. It just, why, if only, what if, get you nowhere. I learned that the hard way. Hopefully we'll learn and not make the same, error in judgment, again. We may not get a second chance.
