It points out of my pants
Re: It points out of my pants
1 year out and yeah even fully deflated its there and noticeable. I wear Duluth tracer bull pen underwear and helps keep it from poking out side of the underwear and when i sit down i have to tuck shaft and balls to the left which is how it naturally points which with some of my pants and jeans makes a noticeable bulge but after never having that prior to surgery, i don't mind it now and if people look go ahead and if i notice staring i cross my legs the opposite way.

That works for awhile the flattened tubes curve downward. but then auto inflates again. Does not matter if I squeeze it out then pop the button or just squeeze it out and do not pop the button. I have the square flat AMS conceal reservoir so it does not encapsulate or in other words it's already flat.
My main problem is that fully deflated I'm too long, still 6 inches. Does not take much to rub. The prosthesis does not curve downward normally and the tube bundle in my scrotum holds it up.
Really I don't care it works and works well. That's all that matters to me.
The doctor should have counselled you that there would no longer be any retraction and you'd be at or almost the same length inflated and deflated. That being said though, this is your new normal and it's all a matter of learning how to dress it now.
As to the curve, over time it should hang more naturally when deflated. There are things I do that help that along although it affects my inflated hang a bit too. I push my penis down flat, between my legs (necessary as I wear an nighttime diaper overnight out of habit from when I had prostate issues). I think this stretches the suspensory ligament as well as the dorsal side of the implant and penis. Results are that I hang at between 5:30 and 5:45 usually when deflated. Very natural look. My inflated hang is, however only about 4:00-4:30 instead of 3 o'clock. This was so as well before I managed the lower deflated hang though.
For the first six months the right tip was just beneath my skin my peyronies penis was trying to shrink and the tip burned constantly. So my mind was 100% focused on stretching out enough to get away from that tip. The second six months has given me time to reflect and actually think about how things went and what would be best. May sound stupid but I would have been much better off just going with my original Doctor instead of shopping around. He was going to shrink me about one inch. So that would be 5 inches fully deflated and 5.5 inches fully inflated. For me that would work very nicely, just the right size. If and when I need a revision I'll ask the Doctor if it's not to late to take an inch off. With a 5 inch flaccid length I should be able to wear my normal pants and underwear no problem. Total comfort.

That should say for the first 9 months and the next 9 months

Re: It points out of my pants
Yes 8 weeks post op and my smaller size penis looks like a package in sweats and scrubs. Have not worn jeans or dress pants since surgery. Have a funeral to go to on Friday. Have to wear a suit. I use sepratech bowers on amazon. If anything it will keep your penis in place. My flaccid is now to the left. And stiff. My inflated is straight as an arrow. Beats the Peyronies dorsal bend. I am accepting the perma erection. The positive if you had Ed or Pd or both you have a working penis. Prior to this, you didn’t. The problem was corrected. The non flaccid penis is the way it is with the titan. You can hope for everything and if you now have a working penis, learn to accept the new Flaccid. Do some people notice yes they do. Get better boxers and move on.
Photos show inflated 8 weeks post op and then prior to implant and day after implant.

Re: It points out of my pants
You guys all seem to be around 6". My doc (30 yr experience) said 6 and below AMS. 7 and over Titan. I was wanting a titan to add girth. He said no matter the girth of the implant, my tunica would determine the girth. He said at 6" with a Titan I would have a 5" spud sticking straight out when flaccid. The material in the titan is much stiffer.

Re: It points out of my pants
100% correct, but with severe PD the titan allows the penis, at least mine to be straight when inflated. I have a plaque band that was not grafted during surgery. The hope is that the titan will expand and overcome the plaque. When inflated it does. When deflated the penis points down to the left, its leaning toward the plaque. otherwise it would be pointing straight out. I met 5 implant surgeons and everyone suggested the Titan when the bend was 97 degrees at the time of surgery. Just look at my photos above. Not one surgeon suggested AMS with PD. For me that is.
Re: It points out of my pants
The other week I posted that it took 2 to 3 hours for my LGX to auto inflate. Well I ran the test again and discovered that it did NOT auto inflate all day long. I surmise that bumping the pump by accident during work is what causes it to inflate. So no auto inflation.
A second plus when I squeeze out every drop I immediately flatten and sharply curl to the left. Looks horrible so I never do that. But during the tests I noticed that there was no rubbing. Curling takes off about 1 1/2 inches in length and tucks my glans to the side.
So looks be dammed I now work with every drop squeezed out. Rubbing has plagued me from day one. Such a relief now. Maybe I can wear normal jeans again?

Re: It points out of my pants
DougAnd, I've likened the flattened out look of my freshly, totally deflated penis to "Roadkill without the treadmarks".
