Rejection is an interesting topic. Probably a greater chance of being rejected due to chemistry rather than having an implant. In my 50s I experimented with Tinder. A few times I was rejected by a few homely women who I would add modestly were punching above their weight. However if they don’t feel the chemistry you are toast. I would just add the risk of implant-based rejection to the long list of trivial flaw that a woman might find objectionable….like a mole in the wrong place or the wrong regional accent. Women are fickle.

Assuming she doesn't play with your balls, could she detect it in a blowjob?

Does an implant make anal sex more difficult / painful or easier heaving a reliable dick?

No. A girl sucking your dick will not be able to tell any difference unless she feels the pump in your sack. And even if she does, unless she's in the medical field she won't recognize that it's an implant, just that something feels different about your balls. Most women have no idea IPPs even exist.

I usually stick to the pussy and haven't gotten any backdoor action since my implant, but I can tell you that regular P-in-V sex feels the same as it did with a natural boner. Better, actually, since I have zero worries about losing it before she gets off. I'm not sure why anal would be any different.

The percentage of women who would reject a man for having an implant (which, of course, makes coitus possible) has GOT to be a LOT lower than the percentage of women who would reject a man for being unable to have coitus.

Wife admitted she doesn’t like it anywhere near as much as my old injected cock. The girth is smaller and doesn’t ring those bells in her like the original. That and, it feels like an oval piece of plastic with skin. Unfortunately I agree. She still wants to experiment with other ways to allow both of us to have a ball. Right now I’m also having severe ejaculation problems, even while masturbating. Hope the situation improves in all areas. I have no choice now. I do the DR Perito exercises and am relieved she wants to try and make it work through frequent practice lol. I do have extreme buyers remorse right now.
Thanks

I read many prefer not to be 100% inflated for intercourse. Often 80-90%. Why? Is it uncomfortable for the man or feel different / painful for a woman?

Does engorgement eventually with a little help of some viagra / cialis help or make it more pleasant for both?

Forty-two,

I'm the opposite.

I always pump up to the max. The times I have only partially inflated accidentally have been clearly less pleasurable.

I haven't tried using Viagra in conjunction with the implant. I have natural blood flow when excited that causes engorgement of the head of my dick and around the cylinders.

Sorry to hear about this. it's definitely one of the things I'm most worried about, has me considering whether I actually want to go through with it right now.

If pills work or injections then I’d stick with them if I had to do it all over again. Injections worked fine for me. Still had frequent delayed ejaculation but not like this.
Thanks

This thread has degenerated into , how do I pump it up discretely. The original post was do I tell right away. As for discrete pumping. If I was out pussy hunting I would go 70% pumped. I can go all day at 70%. Some girl touches my 70% hard, she is going to be impressed and know am ready to fuck. It only takes a few pumps to get to 90% from there. 100% on me is harder than anything natural. Maybe because my hands are very strong. 100% on me is absolutely not bendable, like a glass dildo with human skin over it. The pressure starts to hurt me after about 20 minutes. As for first encounters and telling first, I think I would let the girl get a feel of it inside her before I tell her what I have. I don't think any girl that wants to fuck would ever be turned off from in implant.
