Yes I've gained some back, but I've not measured it since about 5 months post so not sure how much I have gained back.
I still say my biggest concern is making sure the wife is satisfied. You know the story, happy wife, happy life.

I don't think the problem is with the implant. If your wife thinks ED is caused by your lost of interest in her, an implant won't change that. Especially if she thinks other women arouse you. Yes the shape becomes more oval, at least at first. Yes some implants can make you unnaturally hard. Yes there are a ton of differences that she could complain about. Chances are it's not really about your implant. Chances are it's about you.

Good morning! Thanks for all the knowledge on this website! I go in for my implant on 7/11 and I'm feeling confident and excited.
However, the only thing I can't seem to find a clear answer on is if the female partners like it more, less, or the same as before implant.
