Since somebody bumped up my thread. thought i’d give you all an 11 week+ postop status report.
Still in Thailand for a few more days. Enjoying the beaches, the food, and the nightlife with my gal. I’d tell you about how awesome all the above are, but you don’t want to hear about beaches im sure. Let’s talk about sex & fucking 11 weeks out.
In a nutshell. It’s awesome now, and i’ve continued to see and feel improvement over the past couple weeks. Since most guys report complete recovery and length after several months, i remain very optimistic about the future.
When i got here, 13 days ago, my early experiences were good, but tempered with the novelty of fucking with my device, the awareness that when flaccid i could feel the cylinders moving around upon touch, pumping up for sex, and the early onset soreness after about :30-:45 minutes of penetration. (that itself is a miracle). In the first week i was cumming 50% of the time. The times i couldn’t cum i was aware of soreness/sensitivity. That was mostly below eve glans where the cylinders were pressing. also in the upper/foreword part of my scrotum, i injection site upward towards bottom 1/3 of my shaft. It was enough of a distraction that i’d have to stop. Still, i was pleased by the fact i was successfully fucking for a solid 1/2-3/4 hour.
My girlfriend has been great. Patient, understanding that i’m still recovering from surgery, and ready to go at the drop of a hat. I’ve explained everything to her. She now squeezes my dick when i deflate, but i stop short of letting her pump.
Basically now i pump up to 60-70% for handjobs and blowjobs. I can go all night like that. When fucking i pump up to 80-85%, plenty good for anal penetration. (lots of lube, always). Now at the :30-/45 minute mark, if i haven’t cum already, im pretty comfortable with minimal soreness. Mostly winded if i’m in top. She’s good about riding on top fortunately.
Pumping to 100% for penetration invites soreness after awhile, so i’m keeping that fit cycling exercises. I do believe continued cycling creates every more improved “set points of length/girth/comfort.
The implant is starting to feel normal. I have no awareness of the reservoir. The pump is totally discrete and well placed. No soreness whatsoever at the pump. I can squeeE the hell out of it and it doesn’t hurt.
And i think that’s the big takeaway of this post. First couple of weeks of sex and everything was a bit surreal and different. Just very aware that i was fucking with my implant. Psychological challenge. But as time unfolds, not so much a physical challenge. As advertised, my dick gets hard on demand, for as long as i want. Sporting wood alone gets my girl’s motor running and she loves that i “have power” (Thai girl term for able to maintain a good erection). Her reaction is a turn on and with that i’m getting pretty good glans engorgement.
On a side note, it was really a pleasure to meet up face to face with another bionic brother from the forum last night. This gentleman is also here in holiday in Thailand. He preceded me in surgery by 4 months. We had dinner and compared notes. He’s rocking it too! This forum and the support we receive when undergoing one of the scariest and (in our minds) potentially traumatic experiences of a lifetime is of immeasurable value. I’m happy to share this report with any of you who might still SUFFER with ED, as i did.
