Your surgeon, Gabriele Antonini, had a lot of pictures and videos of his implants online. I’ve noticed that his implants tend to point up more than any other surgeon. Most implants point straight out. His point upward like my erection did when I was a young man.

That is the result I want when it is time for me to get an implant.

this was my erection in the best days many years ago so i wanted them so he gave it to me he did a job beyond any expectation i would have signed for much less instead he gave me the unthinkable if all else goes well it will be fun

after the honeymoon yesterday he deflated me and showed me inflation and deflation, I had to stop him due to the pain, then throughout yesterday evening the pain was devastating, today still very strong, I'm all inflamed, scrotum, shaft, glans, I can't touching them for the pain, i got the go to ride a bike but it is not possible for the pain, the penis inflates by itself half way, it seems that the inflate/deflate valve is open and there is no way to block it, for example today I'm very disappointed after the contempt of the first few days, at the moment if I went back I wouldn't do it again

It just seems to me that these activations and cycling one week in, while still fresh from surgery and swollen are just inviting this kind of discomfort. I’m 28 days post op and 60% inflated, and won’t activate for 2 more weeks. I couldn’t even touch myself on the scrotum after a week. At this point i can now comfortably hold the bulb and feel the release button, but no squeezing yet.

As we note here time snd time again, different doctors are different in their approach. Brazil t man, im sorry for your pain today. I’ll bet leaving it alone and letting it heal more will help a lot. Many guys relate it gets better with time, but that’s not much consolation to you today.

I did not have a foley inserted, nor a drain. I know different doctors different methods. my doctor also has me on a 6 week post surgery wait. I am at 4 weeks now and am anxious to test out the new hardware.

I'm really sorry to hear this but this is what I would have expected so soon after a penoscrotal implant.

Most penoscrotal docs that I've read/heard of recommend at least a 4 wk wait period before cycling. Just because some docs do it earlier doesn't make it "right."

If you decide to wait because you can't cycle w/o significant pain, I believe that you still need to leave the implant partially inflated to about 60% (which is what I I believe ThailandBound is doing during his penoscrotal recovery).

Obviously, you need to discuss the alternatives w/your doc but, if you need someone to talk to, I'm sure that ThailandBound would be more than willing to help.
