Somehow I remembered to reply to this.
After a over a month straight of VED use, my belief is that the VED is not adding much more volume, if any, than what I get without it. This may be because with a 26" my tissues are filled out more, but I'm not seeing much of a difference. Maybe I haven't given it enough time since my revision. However, I did notice a tangible size increase from VED when I had my 24" implant (nothing major by any means, but noticeable).
I applied the following rules when taking measurements:
1. being fully inflated
2. at least moderately aroused
3. not having used VED that day (24 hours have gone by)
4. not doing bone-pressed measurement (measuring tape just touches by abdomen)
5. for length having the ruler directly on top of my dick (not on the sides)
6. for girth, I make sure the measure tape is pulled snuggly around, no looseness
My measurements are as followed:
L: ~7.2in (glans can fluctuate a lot, but always over 7)
W, right behind circumcision scar: 5.5
W, midshaft: 5.6
W, 2in from base: 6
W, at base: 6.3
This isn't really too different than I was with a 24" titan, although length is a little longer. Girth seems about the same. I doesn't seem to be any bigger than what I was with the 26" when not using VED, but maybe I havent given it enough time or I haven't tried coming off/on it enough to what the actual difference is.
As compared to my natural pre-peyronie pre-implant dick, I cant remember what I use to be. I do remember my dick being more narrow towards the head and getting noticeably thicker towards the base. As with my first implant, much more oval now. With arousal, I do round out towards the base only. For some reason my cavernosum doesnt really "show up" towards the head. I knows its definitely getting blood flow but for reason it only sticks out starting about half way down my dick towards base. Doesn't both me at all, just an observation.
I'm going to continue using VED for a while. Its main benefit, IMO, is that I swear it makes inflating to maximum easier with regular use. Its hard to explain, but I can inflate the implant to max with much less effort and in shorter time when I'm doing VED regularly.
There may be more tissue expansion as the months go on, but I'm not really concerned or counting on it.
I'm still planning on getting filler int he future, added to the top, to help round things out. Why? I guess because I can. I have the $$ and why not. If for some reasons all fillers dissappeared from the world, I also wouldnt care.
At the end of the day, I recommend moderate VED use regularly, either to help add a small amount of volume, to help keep blood flow into your dick if no longer have natural engorgement (not an issue for me), if you have an upcoming first-time implant or revision (to help with maximizing implant size), and to help with pumping your implant to max more easily (this is the biggest benefit to me, but I'm not sure it even applies to anyone else).
Once I get filler I'll stop VED for a long time or maybe permanently-ish (until leading up to any future revisions).
As with all things, moderation is key. Don't over do it. Get a VED with a gauge. I pump up to 5ug of pressure, for 5-10 minutes, once per day.
