Update
Day 1:
Following my penile implant surgery, I spent the first night at the hospital. Surprisingly, I didn't experience any significant pain, but the area did feel uncomfortable. At this early stage, it's quite strange to see my penis, as it appears very different. It's partially erect, though not yet back to 100%.
Day 2:
On the second day, the doctor removed the catheter, and things started to feel more natural. My scrotum is noticeably swollen, and I've had to wear very snug underwear. To my relief, I still haven't experienced any pain, which was a pleasant surprise considering my initial concerns.

Day 3:
Surprisingly, I haven't needed any pain pills, and the discomfort is manageable. It's still early in the recovery, and while walking or moving slowly is okay, I'm extremely cautious. Sleeping hasn't been an issue, although I find it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on the right side, where the reservoir is located. Overall, everything is more manageable than I anticipated at this stage.
Day 4:
I've noticed a significant improvement on day 4; walking and moving are almost 100%. The swelling in my scrotum is decreasing, which is a positive sign. I can sense the pump behind my testicles, but moving it is painful. Fortunately, there are no black spots on my skin, and as my scrotum returns to its regular size, I estimate the incision to be no more than 3cm horizontally. The recovery seems to be progressing better than expected.
