Sounds like you got a defective pump. Why not get a revision?
I probably will when I can afford to have two months off work.

A revision should be much easier than the first surgery. On my revision I was walking around quite normally 48hs later. While on the first surgery I was in pain for a very long time.

It's got nothing to do with pain or ambulation or being able to work or anything like that, it's hygiene, I'm not allowed to be at work with an open wound, which includes a sutured operation site.
Have you visited your doctor to see if they manage to inflate or "un-stuck" the pump at their office? I've read some stories of pumps being stuck online and one way or another they managed to fix it.

No, and they haven't suggested it.
If I understood toy correctly, I'm surprised you've gone 2 years without attempting to fix the pump problem. Why not get an appointment with a doctor and at least double check if they can inflate you in the office, and if the pump is indeed malfunctioning? In the latter case, you would be eligible for a warranty

They said that the problem will either resolve itself by "breaking in" I.e practice, or that it will require at least a new pump/valve unit, and I am sure that they know what they are talking about.
I make it a rule in life, that whenever I consult an expert, I listen to what they say, even if I don't like what I hear.
They have said that when I am ready, they will sort it for me but meantime to keep practicing with it which I am doing, so there I am.

What "technique" can there be to squeezing a rubber bulb?
I can squeeze ok 4-5 times, it getting more difficult, then it gets completely solid, the fluid in my penis is not solid I.e the pressure is much lower than in the bulb, so the fluid is not transferring, some obstruction, probably a check valve, is stopping it.
I got the distinct impression that they have seen it before with these implants, so when they have said it will need revision, I believe them. I am not going to waste anyone's time until I can let them fully sort it out.
