Would you go back and do it all over again? Some simple questions for men who have an implant
Re: Would you go back and do it all over again? Some simple questions for men who have an implant
Keep in mind that this is a sight where you can ask if your having issues. A lot of people that get an implant and read on here simply go away as they are out enjoying it and stop worrying about it. I enjoy keeping up with people and issues so I stay around after 2 years and 8 months. Had an easy surgery, easy recovery and used it the 3rd week. It was a process to get used to a shower and mostly hard for first several months! Otherwise by the 8-10 month it just becomes a part of you and feels normal. As my signature says I used pills for 11 years, shots for 1-1/2 years and then implanted. If it failed today I would be scheduling a revision ASAP! I wouldn’t be nearly as concerned as I was about which of the two major brands to go with on second round although I’ve really liked my Titan! If and whenever it breaks I’ll be driving 7 hours to see Clavel in Houston. Do your research and use the best Dr you can get to that has the most experience. No regrets! If you do it go into it with a positive attitude and you’ll come out the other side with a great rock hard dick any time any where you choose to use it.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

No. I regret. I get malleable implant tactra in 30. I lost 5mm in diameter. The pills were still working when I decided to have the surgery. So I should have continued taking the pills and forget about the implant.
30 yo. Get tactra in 30, 11mm rods. Lost 5mm in length and 5mm in diameter. Regret about getting implant.

2 years in Coloplast Titan. Wasn't easy at first however I'm very happy with the results with growth length and girth. Without a doubt I'd do it again.

Sry to hear it. What are your complaints about implant?

Donkeykong, loss of girth. I think malleable can be a good option if you have a fat dick. I have spoken to men who have said they have had little or no loss in girth. It's a bullshit! So if pills work (even high doses) don't do implant. With malleable you will loss a girth, inflatable will break. So both options are shitty options. And I regret that did it in young age (30) I think that I could live on the pills 5 years or more

Hi adkd124,
Sorry to hear this.
Assuming there are no girth issues, how would you personally rate the axial rigidity, concealment, and everyday comfort of the Tactra?
The Tactra literature boasts it can withstand over 6 lbs of axial load, but I'm curious if this is just marketing hype. It's tested for 100K bend cycles, supposedly making it the most durable implant ever created!
Re: Would you go back and do it all over again? Some simple questions for men who have an implant
Ragingbull, axial rigidity really good. Bending down is problematic because it spring back. I just wear it up. For me it's comfortable. I would rate everyday comfort like 80%. Honestly If I did this at 50 I wouldn't regret it. The pills were still working when I got the implant. The pills were certainly inconvenient and not ideal but they are better than implant.

adkd124 Perhaps your outcome in size loss was a poor choice in surgeon? .. Or a bad outcome .. did your Dr. talk u into the implant or did you talk yourself into it? .. At 30 you should have been offered the choice of the shots if the pills had stopped working but you mention the pills were still working so not understanding why you were "rushed" into an implant.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
