You all know I went thru 4 IPP's in 4 years before going to the MPP, and I guess if you look hard enough there is pro's and con's too both of them.
Biggest con of the IPP is the inevitable break down that will eventually happen, then you get to deal with the depression, expense, inconvenience, scheduling, travel, risk of infection, and all the other bullshit that comes with a revision for another IPP that (will) also fail sometime in the future.
Biggest con of the MPP is,,,,,,,,,,,,, Hmmmmm,,,, and this is no bullshit at all,,,,
I've been sitting here for awhile now wondering what the cons of the MPP are,,, but to tell you the absolute truth on it,,, I have zero complaints about it so far,,, concealment is a zero problem,,,, I'm not sure why everyone is concerned about that, of course there are ways to position and conceal it, it's not even a thought to me anymore and I measure out at just under 7 inchs with a 6 1/2 on the girth yet, I stayed the same length as with my IPP and my girth dropped a little more than a 1/4 inch going with the MPP, so there is my big loss in size, and one thing that really stands out in my head now is,,, each time I went in for a revision I would bring up the malleables and the surgeon would always drop the line of (if you want the largest results possible) go with the IPP, and I found it kind of weird that he would bring that up each time, and we wouldn't even be talking about size at the time,,,, they know what a typical man worries about plain and simple.
I also felt some tightness in the head of my dick after surgery and was worried about erosion at first, but after about a month that tightness went away and I have no worries about that at all,,,, everything feels like my natural dick now,,, and It never felt natural with any of the IPP's.
The wifey knows what she likes, and I have asked her if she miss's the IPP for any reason, her answer was (hell no what a fucking hassle that was) and I agree,,, she jumps me everyday with heels on her feet and a smile on her face.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I'm pretty sure the reasons for these failures are due to tubing breakages. Manufacturers are joking us—they should focus on improving the tubing, especially for Titan implants. These prostheses are deliberately not designed to last, and manufacturers are complete pieces of shit.

Top surgeons should refuse to implant these prostheses until the manufacturers improve the tubing. If they did, the manufacturers would fix the issue in a matter of days, no doubt.

I'm currently on my fourth IPP, and I'm only 36 years old. I've had my current Titan for just over a year. If it doesn't last at least 8–10 years, I'll definitely switch to a malleable implant.

it's like the dog chasing its tail, it is especially better for implantologists to keep quiet, if the operation as well as the device were also under warranty, then they would make things that are wrong improve in the blink of an eye, it's a tacit agreement, the implantologists say that it lasts 10/15 years, and the producers at most lose a piece of silicone with a pump, and the implantologists pocket the biggest chunk due to revisions, things must continue to go forward thus, it is convenient for everyone, in fact they have reduced the guarantees in many countries from 10 to 5 years, if a manufacturer drops the guarantee from 10 to 5 it means that it has established over the years that 5/6/7 years can be achieved, beyond i 10 they are a very small part

Serious surgeons like Eid, hakky and also my current surgeon are clear about the three pieces issues: they told me that tubing is a big issue and coloplast don't want to hear that. The "prothesis merchants" like Antonini that are unscrupulous surgeons just tell you that last 15/20 years and don't mention any of the possibile problems.

the problem for us Italians and Europeans is a big one as we don't have top-notch implantologists, you can't go to the USA for a lot of reasons to have the implant done, did you always have your third implant done in the USA or in Italy?, I mean the latest system
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

My fourth and most recent implant wasn’t done in Italy. Have you not received the revision from Antonini yet? I remember they couldn’t operate on you again because of some heart-related issues, but I believe those were resolved later. Did Antonini disappear after that?
32yo, VL from birth. Implanted in 2020 with AMS CX by Gabriele Antonini. Pump stopped working after three months, replaced with new pump that stopped working again. Complete revision Titan Touch 24+1 implanted by Dr.Eid. Titan failed in October 2023.

My exact thoughts! Seriously, without thedriver's posts, I would have given up on implants as an option. Not one surgeon I consulted spoke to me about MPP as an option. When I finally brought it up, they gave me a look like I was asking for a divorce.

I was on top of him all the time, after the holidays I contacted him again and he told me to contact him again that he would call to find out if there was a date, on Wednesday I called him if they would give him a date and he told me that they gave him 2 dates, either February 18th or March 4th, let's hope you keep your word, can you tell me where you had the operation, how much you paid and how you felt as a result

Never have had an IPP like thedriver I have nothing to compare my MPP to. Had one since 6-2023 ..revised 6-2024 .. I think for many it is a good option for trouble free and revision free worries. I doubt many of us unless the size loss was extreme would hardly notice it. And so many of us have had ED for a number of years do we really remember our "true" size? .. I had a stroke in 7-2022 no erection since then ..so I know I have lost a bit ..but I don't see it and the fact that my dick is ready at a moment's notice if called upon that no longer is a factor for me. I think in the near future the more men get educated about implants, and if more dr's would be more open to using them we will see more. One only has to look over in India where men have to pay for their own implants that they have been doing MPP's for over 20 years .. So there has to be merit in them.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

Not riding me, but she loves to wake me up with a hot tea hummer in the mornings, she has oral talents that would make a dead man explode.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
