It all hinges on your corporal diameter. If your surgeon can measure and only safely and snugly dilate up to 9mm, you’ll get 9mm MPP cylinders, that’s spot-on sizing. My upper limit was 13mm, and he wasn’t able to dilate beyond that. That’s also spot-on sizing.
With MPP, the surgeon has to bend the rods to fit snugly within the corpora. MPP isn’t for monster dicks since their rod sizes are limited, capping at a 13mm diameter. However, if you naturally measure around 9-13mm, you’re a potential candidate to reap the benefits of MPP.
But if you’re clocking in way over 13mm, like close to 21mm, you may be better off taking the IPP route. A competent surgeon can evaluate your anatomy for these considerations.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand. The way I see it if you draw two perfect circles next to each other, the diameter of both circles combined (width) will be double that of the height of just one circle (height).
This is the cross section of the corpora cavernosum and implants. The width is double that of the height creating a flat elongated width.
This can only be rounded off by the urethra being engorged.
I don't see how an MPP changes that over an IPP
