Thanks! A lot of guys say that it becomes natural eventually and I'm hoping to be the same.

Just a general thanks to everyone sharing their experience and thoughts on this. It seems a common situation, and likely best to follow your own doctor's regime and advice, which can sometimes be challenging if there is significant discomfort or inconvenience involved.

Well stated, LGXDownunder. It's best to follow our own doctor. When I followed another's from YouTube :D, things didn't go well and I had to course correct.

Yes, I also admit to sometimes using Dr Google or Youtube for trivial medical things or just to research something :).
I think some of the implant related videos by Drs Clavell and Perito are really good for example, but I'll still follow what my own surgeon tells me.

Wish I had kept mine pointed up post op, nobody told me otherwise. Now when I inflate it has a downward angle to it due to scar tissue that formed on the underside of the penis after surgery.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Thanks, that seems to be the most common period.

I've read of a lot of variation in final erect angle, generally anywhere between 2 pm and 4 pm, so it might not be abnormal. Yet to know where I'll land. I'm wondering whether a longer than average distal length could mean that someone's dick hangs lower when erect. Simply due to weight and gravity? Dunno. Have you tried massaging around the scar tissue and see if it helps? I'm kind of gently massaging along the corporal channel including the bulbar region behind the scrotum. Mainly it helps relieve discomfort, as I'm still early recovery, but it also seems to promote blood flow/engorgement. No one has told me to do it, I just decided to.

I'm 5 years into mine now, I think what scarring is there is pretty much permanent at this point. I point downward to about 4 to 5 o'clock when inflated.

Just a thought. Have you tried different types of cock rings or similar to help attain the angle you prefer?
