Post Op Day 6: pausing cycling for a day and a half was the right move. Much of the discomfort in my scrotum from my early (bad technique) cycling is gone and the bruising I caused is fading.

I woke with a morning wood erection around the implant. A nice feeling and reassuring that I will likely have engorgement.

I got in the bath and cycled to max for the first time. I haven’t been this rigid in more than 20 years. Absolutely amazing. I’m pretty pleased with the upwards angle.

Then, as directed I spent much of the day off my feet with a heating pad on.

This afternoon I cycled to absolute max for a second time. I am amazed by this thing. It’s a great feeling to be this hard again.

I was under the impression that early on that showers are preferred rather than soaking, to prevent bacterial formation and infection. Do I have that wrong?

No, you don’t have that wrong. Most surgeon’s don’t allow baths.

Different surgeon’s have different technique and methods. Dr Eid’s is different than a lot of others. He closes the incision with muliple layers in a way that (he believes) makes the incision water tight. He has found that hot baths are soothing to his patients and make cycling (inflating/deflating) easier and more tolerable.
He also has his patients begin to cycle as soon as day three. Most other surgeons have the patient partially inflated for 4-6 weeks before they begin cycling.


The most important thing is to find a great doc you trust and follow their regimen to the letter. That is what I am doing.

Well, whatever you're doing, keep it up...that is looking really great!

Just read through your journal and want to say congratulations. I was expecting to hear about all the pain but it sounds like everything worked out great for you.
I hope you keep the journal going. I may end up going the implant route in the future and your journal gives me hope.

Post-Op Day 7: got an early morning phone call from Dr Eid checking on my progress. After discussing everything he said I was cleared for sex 3 weeks after the operation and cleared for gentle masturbation whenever it felt OK. My penis doesn’t hurt and light touch is pleasurable but anything more feels uncomfortable so we aren’t there yet.

I pumped to max pressure three time in a hot bath. Pumping is getting easier. Still amazed by this thing.

I measured girth which I knew was going to be thinner. Preop girth was 6.5” (see pics on a previous page). My current girth, max inflated but not engorged is 5.5”.

Dr Eid told me ahead of time that because of my thick preop girth I should expect to be a cm thinner. That would put me at 6.1” girth. I expect that with cycling I’ll regain some of that. And being engorged when I’m turned on and actually having sex will fill it out too.

My preop flaccid girth was 5” and my implanted flaccid girth is 5.25”. That doesn’t really matter to me.

I’m OK if I lose some girth. I got a Titan. There is no product that is wider. It will expand with cycling. And I’ll happily trade some girth for an ever ready rock hard cock.


I also took a couple pics of my current flaccid hang. Clearly this thing will soften up and swelling and inflammation (I don’t seem to have much) will go down.

The bruising I caused continues to fade.

The only meds I’m taking is the antibiotic and some Advil for inflammation (not pain).

Post Op Day 8: everything continues to improve. Even less discomfort. Less swelling. Bruising continues to fade.

I’ve always had a high libido and urge was strong today. My doc had said gentle masturbation would be fine when I felt ready. A gentle solo session happened. Lots of lube. Took it easy. Was gentle. No loss of sensation. Everything worked, felt incredible, and the release of tension was great.

I was surprised how the feeling of my cock being rock hard heightened the feeling. I haven’t been that rigid in years. It makes sense that the feeling of intense erection reads as erotic in the brain. I just hadn’t realized I was missing that before.

Once again, I am incredibly grateful to all of you guys. I feel like I am reclaiming something that I hadn’t realized I lost.
