See, this makes me feel better :D

Can second this in my case. I'm straight at any angle. I don't exactly have a donkey dick (though lately with weight loss I'm around 6.75" in length and around 5" around, and the ladies don't complain). The implant is very secure. Helps to have a great surgeon! I think Dr. Levine has done more than 5,000 or so in his career.

Did weight loss have a huge influence in your penile length? I am now shorter than i was pre op, but i also gained a lot of weight so i wonder if that is a factor. about 22lb/10kg heavier than on my fittest days

In my case, it definitely does. I seem to put fat on the fat pad pretty easily but it doesn't go to other places as readily. Have been leaner since I've been exercising much more with the implant.

How much length did you gain by losing weight?
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

Around a quarter of an inch. Solidifies my feeling that the implant didn't cause me any lost length, I was just a little puffier during surgery recovery because of inactivity.

duke_cicero, is the malleable good for all positions, like missionary? Or does it lack the required torque?

I've asked others this question; I'm crowdsourcing opinions.

Good for all positions, in my experience. One of my girlfriends came over tonight, in fact she just left about an hour ago. I did missionary for about 45 minutes without issue. I also came 3 times tonight in succession for maybe the first time ever. I am loopy from all the feel-good brain chemicals.

It's called a "semi-rigid," so a good question would be: how rigid is it exactly? I hear different things. Some, who never had a malleable, say it's like a garden hose (?); others, who do have a malleable, say they can drive it through a wall.

The porn star Justin Hunt has a malleable (Rigi10, in fact), so I know they have to be functional.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

I don't know this for sure, but I figure it's possible that it's called a semi-rigid because it's bendable in the "erect" state — and because it's always erect, it's always "semi" rigid. By contrast, my assumption is that the inflatables are under so much hydraulic pressure that the cylinders are not actually bendable when you're fully pumped up. Can someone clarify this for me?

My Genesis mirrors the natural erections I had before my bicycle accident, with the one caveat that I can bend it into position. It is rigid in the context of a penis being rigid, not in the context of a barbell being rigid.

Thanks, duke! Another question for you, this one's about masturbation. Is there a risk of erosion with the malleable regarding "dry" masturbation, i.e., just grabbing it with your hand and going?

I'm going to have a lot of questions about the malleable going forward, as it looks like this is really happening for me.

I never really masturbated dry before the implant except when very desperate. I don't recommend it in general. I don't think there's any risk unless you're really giving your penis the ultraviolence. Same with IPPs though. Get sufficiently pumped and do something stupid and you'll erode. The risk is the same.

But just to be clear, there's no risk when using lubrication, or when engaged in plain, old-fashioned sex?
