I've ignored tooyoung as well. He is a classic negative troll that does absolutely nothing to genuinely contribute to this forum.

It’s really tough because at the core of it, he’s also suffering with ED like the rest of us and I truly want him (like I want the rest of the FT forum) to have success in finding the right solution(s) for it.

I also do understand the points he tries to make about implant longevity and some of his frustration around some of the narratives.

But the thing is, is that I really feel like he doesn’t try to strike the right balance and recognize that this is a community. Not every single thread needs a reminder about failure rates - we’ve already talked volumes about the importance of doing lots of your own research and understanding the data & risks. And the other tough thing is the verbiage and rhetoric he leans into - it ultimately ends up pushing people away.

I really do think that if he understood how to take a more nuanced approach to discussing these things, people would be much more likely to listen and I think we’d actually find common ground!

Tooyoung, when you read this, please consider it. I don’t mean any of it as a dig at you, just what I’ve observed from your interactions here. I know you’ve said in the past you just speak facts and what’s on your mind without filtering or making things “politically correct”, but I think your approach undermines the value of your ideas (and it doesn’t have to be that way).
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

That was the final straw for me -- I put that account, and a couple of other companion accounts, in my Ignore List. Since then I've found FT a lot easier to read, and have enjoyed it much more again.

Totally agree Chuck, and thanks for the advice. I didn't realize how much difference doing that would make, so much easier to read.

Ignoring internet trolls is the best you can do. This troll is lacking basic capabilities of reading, understanding and interpreting studies. His posts do not have any substance. It has been challenged so many times yet he still comes back with the same nonsense.

I don’t even speak about his offensive and provocative attitude. I don’t even care about this aspect.

Guys, please don’t quote or respond to posts of this troll, it only feeds him and we will end up in endless loops of uneducated posts of him. Just drop it and then it will dry down.

This forum has been an incredible resource to me during my IPP journey and I am so thankful for all the help, encouragement and support I received from my brothers here.

My ONLY concern has been that the forum admins have allowed member TooYoung to do what he has been doing over the past several months.
66 years old. Long term progressive ED. Pills and injections no longer the solution.

I agree, I messaged the admin about it last week. They did warn him which seemed to slow him down a bit last week, but now he's back at it.

I think there's only the one admin, I'm guessing he's a busy guy and doesn't have a tonne of time to monitor the forum, it does seem like he needs help monitoring it thoug, TooDumb should have been banned weeks ago.
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Doesn't that tell you I haven't violated forum rules?
Neither creating multiple accounts nor attacking anyone personally.

It's just you don't like my arguments..that's it.

No,

it tells me that the admin is stretched thin…., and

No, I don’t have a problem with your arguments, as I came to the conclusion a long time ago that your sole purpose here is to agitate and create turmoil to feed some screwed up need that you have. What kind of person trolls a forum that supports men who are enduring profound sexual performance issues? What kind of person continues to behave this way in the face of the complaints you have received. Take your profound f$&cked upness somewhere else dude

I think it's a real shame that the admin isn't putting an end to this nonsense. I'm sick of this forum as long as this moron is still lurking here!
57 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004, Levitra in high doses still works.
I sometimes use an Osbon pump and two D-rings during sex.

I’m not sure that’s true. He lies about everything else, why would he be telling the truth about that? He presents as a classic concern troll… someone who pretends to be part of a group of sufferers and supposedly concerned for their wellbeing, but is really there to harass and cause them discomfort. It’s unfortunately a common phenomena on boards like this one for people trying to support each other.

It’s a game they play. They lose the game and get bored if people ignore them.

Which is much worse than ED, haha. This guy’s only joy in life comes from harassing people so he can feel superior. How sad is that? I’d rather have ED than be that fucked up.

So, don’t engage. Don’t quote. Just put him on the ignore list (it’s called the “foes” list here).
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
