The is the coloplast otr quick release is all I know it is round and smaller than the old one,mine fits in the back and you almost don't notice unless you are looking.

Hi Jim, is there a special name for the new pump or do I just ask the doctor for the new round design?

Thanks Jim, is the smaller pump harder to inflate and are the deflate buttons easy to find/push for deflating? Just curious...

The pump is easy to find but rather hard to pump,it slips from your fingers have to take both hands. The release is a little hard to find it is on top of the round ball. All this being said I haven't seen my doctor yet so I don't have first hand instructions.........this is just curious me at 4 weeks playing around

UPDATE 5 WEEKS TITIAN...I have mastered the pump.like the roundness about same size a one og your nuts,feels like it to. The quick release is also nice, but you still have to squeeze it to deflate it all the way. The girth is much better than pre-op,looks good in the locker room
Still have the hard ring at the base which I am sure will go down and add length.

Does it hand down nice or does it stick out like you have a semi hard-on. My doc is trying to talk me out of the titan because he said it looks like you still have a hard-on even when fully flaccid.

Sorry Harley Just now saw this question. I did not have the surgery to lower the pump. I would not mind it being about an inch lower, but I dont think it is worth the trouble to go through it. It has not presented any problems with sex or caused me any discomfort, so at this point I don't see a reason to go through with it. I am slow healer and the only discomfort I had after surgery was having my body get use to the pads on the pump. I am very happy with everything now. Dr Kramer is the best.

4 months update......I have everything back, I am about 6.5 inches in length and about 30% more girth. I am really pleased and glad I went with the coloplast Titian. It looks and feels completely natural a woman cannot tell unless you tell her or she really is looking for it.
