For ice bags, I would suggest buying a couple of "Mueller Ice Bag, Blue, 9 Inch". I bought them on Amazon, but I'm sure your local pharmacy carries them.
Their screw-on tops don't leak and they hold up FAR better than even freezer zipper bags.They are a little thick and slightly fuzzy so you won't get ice burns in one of our most sensitive areas. The down side is they cost money.
But I feel they are worth it to me.
