I have a Titan, but no real bulge, and I consider myself very well-endowed. The difference, I think, is one's balls. Mine hang very low and therefore do not push out my penis. High, tight balls (especially if they are on the large end of the spectrum) push out the penis, and make the bulge. Anyone??

I am alsowell endowed but I'm impotent. I'm thinking of getting an implant. Can they fit the implant to the penis size?

I appreciate what you're saying. I have the AMS 700 LGX and even it can be too revealing in gym shorts, so I wear real tight underwear to hold it down at the gym. But I only get a nice, subtle bulge from it in my jeans or other pants. Like you, mine tends to be the same length erect as it is flaccid. The cylinders keep it from shriveling up like it used to. I'm not that well endowed, so it makes a big difference for me. From your pics, you're well hung and that no doubt has a lot to do with it. It's really sad to hear some of the stories about swimming and all. How awful to have to hide yourself that way. I'm sure a lot of guys would think "i wish I had such a problem" but they'd think otherwise if they were in your shoes.

The brief answer is yes, the surgeon fits the implant to the size of the corpora cavernosa (within the penis) at the time of surgery. The size can be fine tuned, I think, to within 0.5cm. A good surgeon can estimate the size of the implant from a physical exam, but the fine tuning is done during surgery. Note that the corpora cavernosa, and hence the implant, extends into the body as well as into the visible part of the penis, so the implant size is generally quite a bit larger than the visible penis size.

I think the following is correct, but I could be wrong:

The Coloplast Titan comes in standard sizes of 14, 16 18, 20 and 22cm. And special order sizes of 24, 26 and 28cm. The in between sizes are accomodated by using RTE's (rear tip extenders) which add on to the cylinders.

The AMS CX and LGX come in standard sizes of 12, 15, 18 and 21cm. The CX comes in a special order size of 24cm. RTE's can also be used for in between sizes and to extend the largest sizes further.

That said, my own impression is that sizing is an art, not a science. I think there is a lot of misinformation about it, and some people seem to think the sizing is an exact science, which I doubt. If you really want to understand, you might (or might not) get a better understanding by visiting a surgeon and asking him (or her) how they do it.

I think the only ones that would be bothered at a public gym are the other guys! I can say for a fact that if I saw you changing there is no way I wouldnt take off my clothes and expose my junk. Compared to what you are packing I would look like a toddler as far as my penis size is concerned. I understand you wanting to be respectful and not appear as if somewhat arroused in your clothing. I guess I am just dumbstruck at you photos. Yes I am very on the naive side when it comes to penis sizes in men. I dont go to a gym and have really not seen any others guys package. It doesn' t appear that you lost any size from your implnt... i do hope someone has the answer you need. I wish you all the best cause
I can see how big ( no pun) a problem this will be.

If women can parade their big tits and clevage, be proud of what you have. I don't know one man who wouldn't want a lethal weapon hanging between their legs.

As one who shares the same problem with the original poster, I think the issue of now having a very conspicuous bulge in your pants is much different than women who have big tits. The size and appearance of the bulge revealed suggests to others that the man is or may be in a state of sexual arousal, whereas the unaroused woman with big tits is nothing more than big-titted.

Or maybe the size and appearance of the bulge suggests that that the man simply has a really nice pecker. Sorry, guys, I don't mean to be contrary, but the idea that a big bulge is somehow a disadvantage is totally foreign to me. On what planet is more less?

I don't believe it's up to anyone to reject a person's concern about his situation. If a gentleman has posted a message here saying he doesn't like having a big bulge, then it's a problem--for him at least. I encourage our brothers here to respect his feelings.

I can certainly see environments in which a man with a noticeable bulge in his groin area would make people uncomfortable--and perhaps wven create problems for him. For example, I used to work at an elementary school, an environment in which men frequently aren't trusted anyway. It was just an occupational hazard that I had to be very careful around the children because there was almost always the "potential sexual predator" label floating above my head.

Anyway, I have a Titan and notice my flaccid size to definitely bigger than it was before the implant. I manage the situation. I deflate and squeeze after every urination. I wear tight briefs and lose-fitting pleated pants. I'm not sure what else can be done. It's not as if I'm going to ask for an exchange or my money back.
