I regret to say it was not pleasant or unpleasant, more like 'meh':(
I think it was 'meh' because I was TOO hard...pumped up too much, and it felt artificial.
Either that or hopefully its just a 'one-off' and will get back to 'normal'.

Lol, I did...lots of baby oil.
Deflating was scary as I was not able to deflate quite a fast.
I did the pulling thing while holding buttons down....nothing happened for quite a while (believe me when I say 5 minutes is quite a while when your dick is fully pumped and you are hurting).

I appreciate you detailing everything you go through. It helps me as I consider an a implant. Because I expect that things will go well, but it’s helpful to know that even if I face complications that there are other guys who have been through them and can show the way.

I think your feeling that you was pumped up too hard is correct. Its a man thing to want the hardest. I've read of several members that have learned that the best sex is short of max. I'm guessing that being too hard doesn't allow the sensations to get to the deeper tissue & nerves. Anyway, I'm glad you're still making progress. You've had a tough time of this.

I pumped up this afternoon, did not feel the 'stretching' until after I did my 30+ min. and pumped some more, so hopefully I can still get longer. I am happy with thickness, now I just want length.

Hey Agfa, Help me understand a few things... 1, your place holder "the dreaded Malleable" so it keeps everything pushed out while the infection goes away?, then they stick in another 3 piece Mcnugget system - what keeps the new 3piece pump from just doing what it did before the malleable was shoved in there?? 2, Why do they not address the issue of the pump in the scrotum bing infected out right? Like a Malhacy wash & dry, or fill your balls up with saline and iodine and loosen up the fixation of balls to scrotum? or do a scrot-tox injection to drop the boys and attempt a clean clear and drain.? it seems to me they just go about a standard path and never get out of the box Pre salvage repair. !?
My infection is under control but the scrotal/pump fixation is still bad, If a mechanic had a car with a bad engine and transmission he would replace them- if the fuel pump kept catching fire He would not pull out the engine and transmission, He would address the fuel pump and do what was necessary to keep it from catching fire.

Lastly-- cost, I've done the research Medicare will pay for all of it till that Malleable is placed in then its "like we paid for your working dick" why would the tax payers pay even more for a gamble at a new 3 piece!? and tare out a perfectly good malleable? So for me it will be on my dime at the end or surrender and live with the pipe cleaners.

The Malleable is just a system of rods. No pump, no reservoir, and everything heals up quicker because there is only one place to heal (in a major way) The rods represent your length, and is set permanently...length and girth. You lift up to use to fuck, put down to put away.
Think of it as one of those reading lamps that you can adjust with the neck. But it drove me crazy because everything was so small and it kept rubbing up against whatever pants I was wearing
Malleable was put in place because of the infection. If was needed so your dick does not close up and makes things worse should they need to go back in.

As for the cleaning, just like any infection on the body, your balls have to heal, and the balls, having nothing else to worry about and heal more quickly. He did clean it and flush things out (any Dr. worth their salt has to clean out a infection to heal properly).
If you have seen the vids on YouTube, you would see that the infection is, thankfully, just in the balls.
Using your analogy of a car, you are correct up to a point. If a car is messed up, you can take is apart and address the issue. Put it back together and poof, it starts up great. Can't do that with the body. The underlying issue of the infection was taken care of, flushing, put back together, but cannot just slap in another 3-piece because the healing has to take place before you can put something else in there (no replacement for the balls, lol).
If they slapped in another (New) 3 piece right away, without letting things heal, the infection would have latched onto something, the new pump, and the process of infection would start all over again.

It seems that the skin sticking to the pump is something that has been seen before and can be addressed without going in with another surgery. I am guessing you are not able to pump because it is painful, correct? Believe me, its much cheaper and less time consuming if they have the infection under control from outside the body.


Cost
Yes, I had to pay for the 3rd surgery, as it was in a new year, so I needed to meet my deductible. Fortunately, my out of pocket altogether was 12K, for 3 surgeries (about $110,000 all together, if I remember correctly).

Thanks Agfa, I read yesterday (I've been doing a LOT of reading materials intended for Drs and medical professionals) the 8-80 infection rate study.
...ie, If you get a infection after just 8 weeks from a surgery it's a 80% chance it originated in the Operating room. that makes 2 for 2 for me.
My infection is well under control now its all about the scrotum fixation. Wish some Drs would get out of the box thinking and develop a therapy for the issue.
