Any last minute suggestions. The fact that my natural erection will be gone forever is scary.

I just got implanted at 36. The recovery isn't a breeze, but I'll take doing this every 10-15 years until I die over not having sex for the next 3-4 decades or until I would have killed myself from ED. The trade-off seems clearly worth it in my mind. I had nothing left to lose- my arteries were blown out and would never give me a great erection again.
