How tall are you? I have Titan 22cm implant also and my length is 5.5”. It reached from 5” post op to 5.5” in 3 months. Hope it keeps growing and I get more gain in the next 3 months.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I was implanted with the AMS 700 CX, 24 cm with 1 cm of RTE's. The doctor said this was only system that matched my combination of length and girth. While I would not put it in the catagory of regret, the loss of girth makes the appearence of 8.5" long by 5" around, look like a penis that belongs in a Tim Burton movie. The other issue is the CX does not contract leaving a very long flacid penis that I either roll up in front, which is uncomfortable and visible, or down the leg, which is comfortable, but very obvious in tighter clothes. I think I would have preferred a system that expands in length and girth.

Thank you all for those replies I'm seeing my doctor in a week hopefully I can keep my length and girth. When you guys saw your urologist and decided that you guys wanted the implant, did they recommend someone to you guys or did you guys look for somebody?

If you think you want an implant, I would go ahead and do your research on the best surgeons accessible to you. If your urologist recommends some hack surgeon to you, you need to be prepared to push back and request your preferred surgeon. You do NOT want a low volume surgeon who has little experience doing the implant procedure.

I was slightly more than 5.5" pre-OP and after OP I was 5" bone pressed. After 3 months of pumping daily, it has now reached 5.5" bone pressed. If I pump to the max, I feel a bit of pain in the glans which tells me the implant is still trying to expand a bit. I think it will settle at 5.6" or 5.7" after 6 months which I am perfectly fine with. Even at 5.5" I feel happy, but who doesn't want a bit more length? :D

I hear that Titan can expand up to 0.5cm to 1cm after 1-2 years. Let's see what happens in the future. So far I am happy. Just wanted to know if other Titan folks who have had it for a year or two can tell me if their implant expanded in length over time or not.

Thank you so much!!

So, if my penis is 6,9”(17cm) bone pressed, it means that my implant will have to be more than 22cm?

It depends on height and body anatomy, some folks here have over 6” penis with 22cm Titan

Okey, I understand.

Tomorrow I am going to do another doppler test in the best implant surgeon in Spain. Depending on the results I probably have to consider an implant. I will ask it.

Fran4524, you need to understand that all of the implants are good. Just some models work a little better in some types of bodies than others might. The length of the implant is chosen to match your internal & external penis measurements. RTE's are normally used to get the best length fit but can be used to adjust where the tubes come out of the tunica.
The skill of your surgeon is important to getting the best model for you & making sure that it fits your anatomy. Good luck on your journey.
