Are you arguing the numerous authoritative studies by real urologists, the anecdotal evidence from people like me who never once measured their dicks at 9" or above before implant, but do now every time and can easily prove it, all this is merely "marketing"?
How could the bottom of that ad (I know its an ad, but that doesn't mean its wrong) report where it got the proof if the proof is wrong?
When you say you can't grow past your anatomy, we can thank the penis enlargement (PE) idiots for at least proving if you stretch your dick tissue enough they can get longer, and it's not only the impression, even if it's obviously temporary and dangerous since they have nothing to support the new stretched tissues.
Implantees can do it and have it actually be permanent. Tissues in our bodies are obviously capable of enlarging. And sticking a valuable and expensive device invented by real scientists and implanted by real surgeons that was created to do exactly that is far too credible to say they're all lying.
I randomly came across this study you posted about patients gaining length with the LGX. This study seems to be focused on the use of VED, more than the penile implant itself.

Actually its seems quite a poorly designed study. Does it mean cycling alone is not enough to gain length? And how about comparing the same VED use with someone who has a CX implant? would they still gain length because of the VED? that study in the way it is portrayed doesn't really seem to prove anything

I don't know why you said I published it. I obviously had nothing to do with it.
You think it's poorly designed, but to me it states 1) men complain about penile implants making their dicks smaller. 2) so we had patients use a VED, and voilà, they no longer complained about implants making their dicks smaller, cause in fact they make their dicks bigger!
If you feel this study lacks control groups and data about other implants and other details, then go ahead and tell that to Boston Scientific and maybe they'll try those in the future.

It’s hard for me to trust studies from the manufacturer. However, I have gained length from the implant alone. I haven’t done any aggressive cycling and zero bed work

Sorry i didn't mean to say you "published" it, but that you "posted" it, In the forum.
What i am trying to say is that study is not about LGX making the penis bigger, it is about VED making the penis bigger (regardless of brand). Hope that makes sense. I do wish there was such study comparing length expandable vs non-length expandable implants.

Re: LGX vs CX Implants
This study does not make my decision easier.
I had a consultation with my urologist on Thursday and he said I'm good to go for surgery. I'm now on the list to be scheduled. Most likely it will be in June.
Initially I wanted the Rigicon 10 AX, but he said he is not doing them anymore for the time being. He did five of them last year and they had a 100% device failure rate and he had to do revision surgeries for all patients.
I do not want a Coloplast, so Im stuck between LGX and CX. I decided for the LGX. Regaining length sounds tempting. But after reading up a lot more on it, I'm trending towards calling and getting the CX instead.
I understand now that you've to be undersized with the LGX, so it can fill the copora in fully inflated state. I rather get a harder erection if it is the same result regarding length in the end. Now this study claims at least 30% gain. More than the maximum expansion of the implant. I wonder how.

Your surgeon may be outdated with the AX information, Rigicon released a new pump model called "Pulse", you should ask him if the failures he had were with the old pump or the new one.
Who is your surgeon?

Re: LGX vs CX Implants
Dr. Beck. in Utrecht.
I didn't ask about the type of mechanical failures. Even it was the pump all the time. 5 out of 5 is not exactly confidence-building. I'm fine with getting an AMS instead. The question now is which one.
